Quick Bridge Takes Space in Irvine

Quick Bridge Funding, a lender specializing in short-term financing, inked a 17k SF lease at Market Place Center in Irvine. The company, which makes working capital loans for small and midsized businesses nationwide, will relocate its HQ to the property, which is owned by the Irvine Co. The lender was founded in 2011 by Ben Gold and Jason Osiecki, who serve as president and vice president, respectively, the OC Business Journal reports. The new space will accommodate the company's rapid growth. [OCBJ]
