A life of luxury can be found in Houston. In fact, although Houston is historically known as a cheap place to live, almost all the apartments delivered last year were on the high-end spectrum

There is a citywide push to add more multifamily developments to accommodate for population growth, and Houston is one of the cities leading the nation for new multifamily product delivering by year-end. 

With data by Apartment Data Services and TranswesternBisnow compiled the top 10 highest asking rates per square footage in Space City.
