Dinerstein Planning 40-Story Tower In Uptown

Placeholder

People have been buzzing about the tract Dinerstein controls at Post Oak and San Felipe for months (a discussion centered around it at Bisnow's Future of Uptown/Galleria event in November even though no one from Dinerstein was on stage). Now we're getting some clarification on what they're planning.

Dinerstein filed documents to build a 40-story multifamily project on the 1.5 acres at the northeast corner of the high-profile intersection, according to the Houston Business Journal. They're calling it Vantage and brought on Gensler to design. Paperwork filed with the city shows two floors of retail (rumors say it'll be 30k SF), seven floors of parking (including two underground), an indoor and outdoor amenity deck on the seventh floor and 32 stories of residences.
