DHL Inks Lease On New Distribution Facility In North Houston

Placeholder

Houston's recent struggles have not deterred the German logistics company DHL from signing a three-year lease for 128K SF at 16607 Central Green Blvd. in the North Houston District. Cushman & Wakefield's Coe Parker, Kelley Parker and John Littman represented DHL while Beau Kaleel, Michael Foreman, Jim Foreman and Cape Bell represented the landlord, IDI Gazeley, the Houston Business Journal reports.

The lease is DHL's second move in Houston this year. In April, DHL Supply Chain USA broke ground on a 222K SF rail-served facility near the Port of Houston.
