Crow Holdings Industrial Breaks Ground On 351k SF Business Park

Crow Holdings Industrial broke ground on Stafford Grove Industrial Park, a new 351k SF business park. The finished Class-A development will consist of three buildings: 95k SF rear-load, 165k SF cross-dock and 91k SF front-load.

The park will be on the corner of West Airport Boulevard and Murphy Road in Stafford with direct access to Highway 59 and Beltway 8. 

This is CHI’s second development in Houston. Apex Distribution Center, a two-building project in Northwest Houston, delivered in Q4 and is 47% leased.

Stream Realty Partners' Justin Robinson, Matteson Hamilton and Dane Petersen will lead leasing and management.

Stafford Grove, which will deliver in Q3 2016, is one of several new developments in Houston’s Southwest market. The former Texas Instruments campus is being redeveloped into a mixed-use complex. Dishaka is building a 185k SF manufacturing building on Stafford Road while Fuller Realty is developing 184 acres on FM 2218. 

Sugar Land director of economic development Jennifer May tells Bisnow that Applied Optoelectronics is spending $30M to expand at the Sugar Land Business Park and Schlumberger is consolidating its new HQ in Sugar Land.
