950 L’Enfant Plaza is a 280,000 SF office building located in Southwest, Washington, D.C. The I.M. Pei designed building was built in 1967 and is directly connected to the L’Enfant Plaza Metro Station (access to Blue, Orange, Silver, Green, and Yellow Metro Lines). In addition to the unparalleled Metro connectivity, the building provides easy access to I-395 and has a large dedicated 297-space parking garage. L’Enfant Plaza offers building tenants an unmatched amenity package including 40 shops and restaurants, indoor access to Metro and an outdoor community space. The property is a short walk to The Wharf, a $2.0 billion mixed-use waterfront development that delivered in 4Q 2017, and adjacent to the future home of the International Spy Museum which opens in 4Q 2018. The free-standing building also benefits from unobstructed views to the south that will be forever protected by Benjamin Banneker Park, a national memorial park. Up to 31,196 SF of office or retail is available on the promenade level. A further 2,744 SF corner unit is available at the plaza level.
