Fort Lauderdale is a beautiful city that is thriving with development. The Brightline has made a tremendous impact on transit, and can hopefully continue to revolutionize transportation while brining in revenue to the city. Similar to Miami, Fort Lauderdale's hospitality and
retail
markets
are booming due to it being a massive tourism destination. Fort Lauderdale is also able to attract talent and companies to move their offices here. This will increase the demand for office development, and fill already open vacancies.
Fort Lauderdale is also experience a huge growth in population which results in a boom in Multifamily development. Luxury condos are currently very popular among new residents, and continue to be developed at a rapid rate. With the economy in a great place, development in Fort Lauderdale will continue to flourish.
