Why This Matters

San Francisco and Silicon Valley are the fastest-growing tech markets in the US, attracting the most tech talent in the world, so it is no wonder that office development design and architecture is one of the most important aspects of the CRE community in the Bay Area.

Since 2017, tech jobs have grown by 24.7% in San Francisco, the highest rate of any city in North America. San Francisco and Silicon Valley have added a total of 47,667 tech jobs, the highest volume of any metropolitan area in North America

With an influx of new jobs and office, growth come multifamily, entertainment, and retail needs. Architects and designers have to ensure their finished projects meet the expectations of the most demanding, curious and impatient generation of workers.

Come network and have a bite to eat as we jump into a discussion on what it will take to anticipate the needs and define the Bay Area's ability to grow in the next year and beyond!
