South of Market Street in San Francisco is a neighborhood that has been known for its recent real estate developments in both residential and office asset classes. However, this growth is about to make another pivot with the nearing completion of the Transbay Transit Center.

Our aim is to look at how the Transbay Transit Center is going to impact this neighborhood's pre-existing growth. The Transit Center is going to allow for stronger public access to the Bay Area, but is all of this development going to negatively impact the cultural appeal of SoMa? Is the consistent construction deterring clients from SoMa? What does the recent push for office development in SoMa say about the future of the neighborhood?

Join Bisnow for another great event where we aim to tackle these complicated questions and paint a picture of the future for one San Francisco's most vibrant neighborhood.

As always, come early and stay late for plenty of breakfast and networking!
