Mr. Reiskin has the responsibility for more than 5,000 employees, a $1 billion annual operating budget, and a $3 billion capital budget. He oversees the advancement of the Central Subway Project, the 1.7 mile extension of the Third Street Light Rail Line that will connect the city’s southeast with the growing and most densely populated neighborhoods, such as South of Market and Chinatown. Mr. Reiskin is also leading the development of the Van Ness bus rapid transit project, which will create a two-mile dedicated right-of-way on one of the city’s key north-south corridors.

Mr. Fornari is responsible for overseeing projects from acquisitions to completion. With over 8 years of real estate experience, being directly responsible for over $500 million in real estate acquisitions and managing 200+ real estate projects across the United States he has a unique ability to keep projects on time and on budget. Mr. Fornari specializes in Cost Analysis, Quantitative Analysis, Finance, Optimization, Land Use/Zoning and Management. Prior to joining Realtex Mr. Fornari worked as a national project manager and acquisitions analyst for 643 Capital Management. 643 Capital Management is a real estate investment, operating and management platform focused on both debt and equity investments throughout the United States. Mr. Fornari was responsible for underwriting acquisitions, valuation of national assets, performing market research and analysis throughout the US, managing construction projects across the US and coordinating and training acquisitions and management teams across 643’s US markets. Mr. Fornari holds a California Real Estate Brokers License, has passed the Series 63 exam, and is currently studying for the CFA Level 1 exam.

Derek Beaudoin, SE, a licensed California structural engineer, has been creating parking solutions for over 15 years. He has worked on over 50 parking projects. In addition to delivering projects to satisfied clients, Derek’s projects, such as the UC Davis Medical Center Parking Structure and the UC San Diego Hopkins Parking Structure, have received recognition from the International Parking Institute and other associations. Derek is an active participant in the Design Build Institute of America, the International Parking Association and the International Council of Shopping Centers.

Miles Garber is the Vice President of Research at Polaris Pacific, the largest brokerage firm of new condominiums on the West Coast. At Polaris Pacific, he runs the research consulting division and oversees the Polaris Pacific Report, a monthly market intelligence report that tracks sales prices and absorption rates of new residential condominiums in San Francisco, Seattle, San Diego, Silicon Valley, Oakland/Emeryville and Los Angeles. Prior to joining Polaris Pacific, Miles was a research analyst at The Mark Company, a San Francisco-based brokerage firm, and with Market Profiles, a market research firm based in Southern California. An active member of Urban Land Institute (ULI), he serves the Steering Committee of its Young Leaders Group. He also volunteers with ULI’s Urban Plan, an interactive program that teaches high school students about real estate development. Miles attended the University of Redlands, where he graduated magna cum laude with a B.S. Degree in Global Business

A name partner of the firm, Anton N. Natsis is Chair of Allen Matkins’ Real Estate Department and is one of the top real estate attorneys in the United States. His practice focuses on development, leasing, purchase and sale, and portfolio investment sales transactions involving office, retail, and industrial projects, as well as arbitrating numerous fair market value disputes, CAM disputes and other significant landlord/tenant disputes. He also has extensive experience in debt, equity, and joint venture workouts, and the purchase of distressed assets and distressed debt. Tony is continually sought out by some of the largest national land owners, such as J.P. Morgan Asset Management, Blackstone Real Estate, Brookfield Properties, HCP, Vornado Realty Trust, Regent Properties, The Irvine Company, Boston Properties, Equity Office Properties, Kilroy Realty, Inc., Beacon Capital Partners, MPG Office Trust, Kamehameha Schools (The Bishop Estate) and Westfield Corporation. He represents many governmental entities, including the LAUSD, State of California, and City of Anaheim. Tony is also frequently retained as counsel for major national office tenants, such as AT&T, Citicorp, the FDIC, AIG, The Walt Disney Company, and the Los Angeles Times. A frequent lecturer and author, Tony is the chief consultant for the California Continuing Education of the Bar Commercial Leasing Series, the legal education reference book on leasing for California attorneys, is an adjunct professor of law at Loyola Law School for a course covering commercial real estate transactions, and has spoken before such national real estate groups as ULI and BOMA. Tony is a founding board member of The Ziman Real Estate Center, which is governed under the joint auspices of the UCLA Anderson School of Business and the UCLA Law School. In the past decade, Tony has closed commercial office leases exceeding 50 million square feet. He has worked on real estate purchase contracts with a total consideration of more than $30 billion and on development transactions with a total consideration in excess of $25 billion. Since 2006, Tony has represented clients in office building portfolio investment sales transactions involving over $75 billion of consideration. One of Tony's most significant transactions is the largest real estate acquisition deal in the history of the United States. He provided extensive real estate services in connection with Blackstone Real Estate's purchase of Equity Office Properties Trust, at that point the largest owner of office space in the U.S. other than the Federal Government, for $43 billion. Subsequently, Blackstone contracted to sell over 50% of the properties it purchased with such sales closing in the first and second quarter of 2007. Tony assisted Blackstone in its acquisition due diligence related to EOP and the subsequent sales of the properties. The transactions related to this deal included Maguire Properties' purchase of Blackstone/EOP in Orange County for $2 billion, Irvine Company's purchase of Blackstone/EOP in San Diego for $1 billion, Morgan Stanley's purchase of Blackstone/EOP in San Francisco for $2.5 billion, and Beacon Capital Partners’ purchase of Blackstone/EOP Seattle for $6.3 billion.

Mr. MacDonald is an active member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI), SPUR, and the San Francisco Housing Action Coalition (SFHAC), and he has been a featured speaker at numerous local and regional real estate industry events, including the San Francisco ULI Residential Local Product Council, the Fisher Center Annual Real Estate & Economics Symposium, the Marcus & Millichap Multifamily Forum and the Bisnow Residential Summit. Mr. MacDonald received a Bachelor of Science in Computer Systems Engineering with Distinction from Stanford University in 1993 and a Master of Science in Management from the Stanford Graduate School of Business in 2007. Mr. MacDonald is a member of the Phi Beta Kappa and Tau Beta Pi honor societies.

With a background in preconstruction and estimating, Sean’s focus is always on delivering an extraordinary level of detail, reliability and precision. Sean earned a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo.

Glenn Rescalvo FAIA is a Partner at Handel Architects and is based in San Francisco. He and oversees a large portion of the firm’s work, and has led the design for notable projects in cities around the world. Mr. Rescalvo's projects have received recognition locally, nationally, and internationally. Current work includes a variety of projects in San Francisco including Pier 70 Parcel K North, 1320 Washington Street, 321 Florida Street, 3333 California Street, and 955 Sansome Street. In Seattle, he is leading the design of 801 Blanchard Street, in Los Angeles he is leading the design for a new mixed-use complex at Angels Landing, and in Austin he is engaged in a number of projects including the new Four Seasons Private Residences at Lake Austin. Recently completed work in San Francisco includes Four Seasons Private Residences 706 Mission, Coterie Cathedral Hill, Serif and The Line Hotel, Union House, 950 Tennessee, 288 Pacific, The Pacific, and Murano. In Austin he recently completed the Proper Hotel and Residences, and in Los Angeles he completed Ten Thousand, a new luxury rental tower. International work includes the W Hotel in Santiago, a 31-story mixed-use complex in Santiago, Chile and the Rosewood Abu Dhabi, a 1.1 million sq. ft. luxury, hotel and residential development on the coast in Abu Dhabi in the UAE. Prior to opening the San Francisco office in 1994, Mr. Rescalvo was a Senior Designer at Kohn Pedersen Fox Associates. Mr. Rescalvo's work has been published in Urban Land, Architecture, Architecture + Urbanism, Oculus, Architectural Record, Interni Magazine, and Icons of Architecture: The 20th Century. Mr. Rescalvo holds his Bachelor of Architecture from the University of California at Berkeley and his Master of Architecture from Cornell University. He is a Fellow of the American Institute of Architects, the Residential Builders Association, the San Francisco Chapter of the Site Planning and Urban Research Foundation, and is certified by the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB).

Ms. Simpson provides geotechnical investigation, design, consultation, and construction observation services for a variety of geotechnical engineering projects, with an emphasis on sites with reclaimed land. Her projects include commercial and residential buildings, research facilities, high-rises, infrastructure improvements for new developments, sports facilities, school facilities, bridges, piers, roadway realignments, and seismic upgrades of existing facilities.
