Summary

1. Mixed-use development soared in 2018. What types of projects can we expect in 2019?

2. San Antonio has stayed relatively affordable over the years. As demand increases, could we see a surge in rents and prices?

3. Developers continue to see promise in the multifamily market, despite tighter margins than neighboring Austin. Could we see more residential coming to Downtown, or will developments push to the suburbs?

4. With tourism being a major draw in San Antonio, hotels are a booming asset class. What major hotels are coming online?

5. What is the future of office? How successful has community building and co-working been in San Antonio?
