Event Summary

As we approach the three-year anniversary of the Golden 1 Center opening (September 30 2016) its impact is more pronounced than ever and the downtown core continues to develop.Across the city and county, affordable housing has proven to be a worthwhile investment while the multifamily and industrial asset classes are showing strong signs of sustained growth. On the office front, Kaiser Permanente has moved into, and invested in, the city.Lastly, the cultural footprint of Sacramento is experiencing a renaissance thanks to the Sacramento Community Center Theatre renovation and the eventual construction of Sacramento FC’s stadium.

With so much growth and potential in Sacramento, comes unique challenges. What kinds of projects will attract the most residents and talent? How do we develop the region in a way that suits all of the city's people? Can we continue attracting capital into Sacramento? Join Bisnow as we examine the region’s premier developments, impactful investments, and trends to watch as the State’s Capital expands and redefines itself.Contribute to the conversation on Instagram and Twitter at @BisnowSacramento and the hashtag #BisnowSacramentoSoM.With questions, recommendations, or press inquiries please email Bisnow’s Pacific Northwest Event Producer Claire Fukutaki (claire@bisnow.com).
