One Oxford Centre

One Oxford Centre is a 45 story, 1 million square foot Class A office tower on Grant Street in Downtown Pittsburgh. Major tenants include prominent law firms, financial service firms, and other well-regarded members of Pittsburgh’s business community. The building is in the final stages of a major capital improvement program to enhance its operational systems & sustainability, aesthetics, and amenities.

Since acquiring the property in late 2016, Shorenstein has updated base building components, including HVAC systems & controls, the garage, elevator controls & cabs, windows, exterior lighting, and security systems. The building is now on track to receive a LEED designation.

Optics and amenities have also been substantially improved. The new main lobby, rear lobby, front plaza, conferencing center, and common area meeting spaces were all unveiled in the last six months. Oxford Market and Bar Oxford brought new & improved food service to the building, along with Chick-Fil-A, and the Pittsburgh Juice Company. The Rivers Club also underwent a significant renovation to modernize its dining and meeting facilities.

Shorenstein is one of the country’s oldest and most respected real estate organizations. They are active nationally in the ownership and operation of high-quality office properties. Shorenstein provides asset management, property management and construction services to the properties in its portfolio. They currently own and manage approximately 26 million square feet of office properties.
