According to reports from Cushman & Wakefield, unemployment is down to approximately 4.1 in Q3 of 2018, the lowest it's been in over a decade. Over 39,000 jobs have also been added to the market, particularly in the health and educational sectors, showing promising signs for the start of 2019's Q1. But similar to other markets, Philadelphia's office scene is going through a creative Renaissance, from the completion of Comcast Technology Center to additional coworking companies jumping into the mix.
