With great poise and vision, Mr. Whittall has built a great company with a tremendous team and is often recognized by the Orlando Business Journal and The Orlando Sentinel as the premier development company of Central Florida. Chuck Whittall has received numerous recognitions such as Game Changers of the Year, noted as top CEO in Central Florida, top 50 Most Powerful Business Men in Central Florida 2015 and 2016 & one of the top privately held companies in Central Florida. Mr. Whittall has been involved in many charities and has a philanthropic heart and believes strongly in giving back to the community. Steven E. McCraney, President & CEO of McCraney Property Company, has offices in West Palm Beach, Orlando, FL. and Charlotte, NC. A self-made entrepreneur, he and his team have developer of Industrial/distribution and office-flex properties. Additionally, the company has developed and operated some 24 company-owned fuel properties within the Florida markets. The company's present active Industrial / distribution developments in South Florida, Orlando (Central Florida), Charlotte and Atlanta total 6,600,000 sf for 2017 / 2018. Mr. McCraney is an active member of The Florida Council of 100, The Orange Bowl Committee, NAIOP’s National Board of Directors, and past President of NAIOP South Florida. National Real Estate Investor magazine acknowledged McCraney to its Top 50 list of US Industrial Developers for 2017. He was Developer of the Year for Central Florida in 2013, 2014 and 2016. Mark Corlew is a seasoned real estate veteran with over 25 years of experience. Mark started his career in Atlanta, Georgia as an appraiser and consultant focused on RTC assignments and later for CBRE (formerly CB Commercial), where he specialized in multi-family housing. Mark then joined Stiles Corporation in South Florida in 1997 where he worked in development, asset management, acquisitions and financing completing over $1 billion in transactions. During his tenure at Stiles, Mark co-founded an institutionally-backed, $650 million co-investment fund focused on properties throughout the Southeast US. Mark is a member of the Commercial Real Estate Development Association (NAIOP), International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), and actively participates in local community development initiatives in South Florida. Mark holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Florida.

Nicola Liquori is the Chief Executive Officer for SunRail. In this role, she is responsible for all aspects of the 61-mile Central Florida Rail Corridor and the newly expanded 49-mile, 16 station SunRail commuter rail service. Nicola has been in the transportation industry since 2002 and was the Deputy Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer for Florida’s Turnpike before taking the helm at SunRail. Prior to that she spent eight years in public accounting in both auditing and tax. Nicola is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in Florida, Virginia and Alabama. She has a master’s degree in management and a bachelor’s degree in accounting.

Blaire Martin, CEO of Activate Florida As the CEO of Activate Florida, the VP of Strategic Partnerships at Florida Funders, the CEO/cofounder of the Florida Angel Nexus, and a cofounder of the FAN Fund, Blaire has aided investors to deploy capital into early-stage Florida businesses and prepared entrepreneurs to raise capital since 2012. At Everix, she is focused on capitalizing our upcoming critical milestones, managing our spending plan, and supporting the company to create significant revenue and returns for our investors. Blaire is an Investor-in-Residence at Babson College. She has been recognized by the Orlando Business Journal receiving the 2017 Women Who Mean Business - Woman to Watch Award, by the UCF Alumni Association as a 30 under 30, and the UCF College of Business as a Notable Knight. She graduated with honors from UCF with an MBA and a Bachelor’s degree focused on finance, entrepreneurship, and leadership. As a student at UCF, Blaire was honored twice as a Collegiate All-American, earned four Southeast Division First Team Awards, and the UCF Sport Club of the Year Award.

Mr. Booher works with Fidelity National Title Group in their National Commercial Services operations. He is responsible for overseeing the delivery of title, escrow, underwriting and closing services for national customers in Florida and throughout the Southeast. Prior to this position, he served as National Underwriting Development Counsel, recruiting, hiring and assisting with the development of underwriting counsel in all U.S. markets in which Fidelity is operating. As the Chief Claims Counsel and Claims Center Manager for Fidelity’s Jacksonville Claims Center, Mr. Booher managed approximately 95 attorneys and 70 administrative and support personnel, who were responsible for administering the majority of lenders and owners claims on title policies issued by the Fidelity family of companies for the Eastern half of the United States and Latin America. After graduating from the University of Florida, Mr. Booher practiced commercial litigation and real estate law for 11 years, handling numerous legal issues including commercial and real estate transactions and litigation, construction litigation, and business negotiations and disputes. He spent 7 years with The St. Joe Company, a Florida real estate operating company, becoming experienced in nearly all aspects of real estate development and operations, including land and building acquisitions, title, construction, financing, leasing, management, marketing and disposition of commercial, retail and residential properties, and serving as Assistant General Counsel, responsible for managing the company’s litigation. Prior to joining Fidelity, Mr. Booher served as the U.S. Counsel for a Brazilian conglomerate, focusing on the North American expansion and legal management of the company’s cement, concrete, and construction related operations.
