What You'll Learn

  1. How, if at all, different is the approach developers and investors are taking compared to 1 or 10 years ago as we move into a new decade?
  2. What factors make OC attractive to investors looking to acquire office, multifamily, or industrial assets?
  3. What submarkets within OC are most ripe for development, expansion, and population growth?
  4. With substantial hotel development, a pair of new gourmet food halls, and an expansion at OCMA, is OC maturing into more than a sleepy suburb?
  5. What can residents of OC expect from Disney and the Angels as they reinvest and develop in their communities?

Why This Matters

On the heels of Arte Moreno and the city of Anaheim coming to terms on the $325M sale of 153 acres of land that includes Angel Stadium, Bisnow prepares to host our 2020 Orange County State of the Market.

In doing said preparation, one thing is clear, OC is no longer a collection of sleepy suburbs – from major multifamily developments, a flurry of industrial activity, national investment interest in the office space, to myriad hotels heading our way. Though the skyline may not change like Los Angeles or San Diego – the stature of the County seems to be.

Join Bisnow as we assess the State of Orange County – from retail in Newport Beach to industrial in Fullerton – and the health of the region’s CRE market up and down the coast.

Contribute to the conversation on Instagram and Twitter (@Bisnow) by using the hashtag #BisnowOC. With questions, press inquiries, and content recommendations, email Bisnow’s SoCal Event Producer, Matt Seukunian (matt.seukunian@bisnow.com).
