RESCHEDULED: Northeast Industrial & Logistics Summit

Industrial assets have continued to see surging rent prices and supply seems unable to keep up with rising demand. As traditional players have seen great success, many major institutional titans have been acquiring portfolios left and right.

Some questions still remain for the darling asset of commercial real estate in 2020:

How can you accurately predict the growth of e-commerce over the next decade?

How low of a cap rate are you willing to invest in for the consistent return during a pending market downturn?

What makes Greater NYC better equipped for industrial development than other markets?

What headwinds does the region still face?

How do you keep up with the changing demands of e-commerce distribution?

How much of the market will cold storage facilities consume in 2021?

How far out of the Greater NYC area are you developers willing to break ground on spec industrial development?

Learn all these answers and more at our National Industrial & Logistics Summit in NYC on March 11th, 2020. Share you comments, post your photos and ask questions using #Bisnownewyork on Twitter, Instagram and LinkedIn, and follow us at @Bisnow on Twitter for more news.

Please send any and all event questions to Tess Jones, Manager of East Coast event production at Tess.Jones@bisnow.com
