Rockefeller Group has completed a new 172,622-square-foot, Class-A distribution building at 55 Paradise Lane in Bay Shore, Long Island. Recognizing the importance of Long Island as a key industrial market, this project provides much-needed quality distribution space to support the region's evolving logistics landscape and increasing demand for last-mile facilities. Together with adjacent buildings on the site, Rockefeller Group Logistics Park in Bay Shore is one of the premier industrial developments on Long Island's South Shore.
