Summary

Start spreading the news because 2018 could bring big change in CRE. After a year with a new President, has CRE seen an impact? Will 2018 bring one?

Retail rents are still dropping and it's forcing industry leaders to find new ways to disrupt the space. Bisnow recently reported that office development will not be pumping the breaks anytime soon in NYC with $52.3 billion in yearly spending projected in 2018. NYC Mayor Bill de Blasio upped his ante by raising his goal for creating and preserving affordable housing in the city from 200,000 to 300,000 units by 2026.

Some major players have been predicting an end to this cycle in Q2 of 2018; is this really going to happen? How are developers preparing for a potential downturn? Join us this December as we talk with top economists and developers and find out what's in store for 2018.

As always, there will be plenty of opportunities to network with industry leaders and learn from top executives. We'll look forward to seeing you there!
