TRANSWESTERN ROLE Erin serves as a Principal in the Minneapolis office of Transwestern and focuses on urban office leasing. As workplace strategy specialist, Erin understands current market trends and uses that knowledge to implement win-win solutions for owners and tenant organizations. At Transwestern, Erin has guided the renovation and repositioning of four CBD buildings totaling more than 5M SF. CAREER HIGHLIGHTS In 2018, Erin was tapped to be part of a national advisory team as Transwestern’s amenities expert, where she advises owners and investors of large office projects in markets throughout the U.S. on renovation and repositioning strategies. Since 2005, Erin has played a key role in the transformation of the Minneapolis CBD, piloting the renovation and repositioning of nine CBD buildings totaling more than 12M SF. Prior to joining Transwestern, Erin led the MN Chapter of the CBRE Women’s Network. Lance Wright is a Managing Director for ACORE Capital and operates out of the firm’s Dallas, Texas office. He manages the Central Region for ACORE which includes both the Southwest and Midwest areas of the United States and he originates roughly $1 billion of debt volume per year. Prior to his current role, Lance was a Regional Director at GE Capital Real Estate where he oversaw the origination efforts in the Central portion of the United States. While at GE, Lance was named one of the “20 Rising Stars in Real Estate” by Institutional Investor News in 2008. Prior to this position, Lance was a Senior Director at GE and was consistently one of the top producers within North America Lending. Lance has been actively involved in the real estate finance industry since graduating from SMU in 1990. He joined GE in 2001 from Heller Financial where he was Director. Earlier in his career, Lance worked with Amresco in Dallas. Currently a Vice Chair of the 1,250-member ULI North Texas Chapter, Lance is an active member in the national ULI Student Housing Council (STHC), and is also a member of NMHC, MBA, ICSC and The Real Estate Council (TREC). Lance has a BBA in Finance from SMU and an MBA in Finance from the University of Texas at Arlington. While at SMU, Lance was a member of the 1986 SMU Mustang football team Lance has been married to his wife, Angie, for 19 years and they reside in University Park, Texas. They have three children – Christian (age 16), George Nicholas (age 14) and Alexandra (age 10). Lance enjoys watching his children’s sports teams, playing golf, traveling, and reading in his spare time.

Bill Griffith is a shareholder for Larkin Hoffman in the firm’s real estate and land use practice group. He practices extensively in land use, zoning, real estate, environmental permitting and municipal law. Bill has served as legal counsel to Mall of America for more than 20 years and also serves as city attorney for the city of Columbus. In addition to his practice, he has been an adjunct professor in land use law at the University of St. Thomas School of Law. Bill has published articles and guest commentary in Urban Land, Minnesota Business, Minneapolis Star Tribune, St. Paul Pioneer Press and the Minnesota Real Estate Journal, and is a frequent speaker at seminars on land use, zoning, municipal and environmental law.

Bill Katter is Co-President of United Properties Investment (UPI) and President & Chief Investment Officer of United Properties Development (UPD). Current Responsibilities As President and Chief Investment Officer of United Properties Development he has responsibility for all new investment projects and all development personnel. Bill oversees all aspects of United Properties’ development activities, including land acquisition, entitlement, design, construction, company and project marketing, and project capitalization and disposition. Bill co-leads the combined companies, United Properties (UP) with Matt Van Slooten, President and Chief Investment Officer of United Properties Investment (UPI). Bill serves as chair of United Properties’ Investment Committee and is a member of the Executive Team and the Board of Governors. Past Experience Prior to his executive leadership role at United Properties, Bill significantly impacted United Properties’ success, both in the Twin Cities and Denver. He was responsible for the purchase and/or development of more than five million square feet of office and industrial space for the company from 2006-2014. Notable projects in Minnesota include the development of the C.H. Robinson corporate campus in Eden Prairie, the acquisition of Plymouth Ponds Business Park, development of the LEED Gold 8200 Tower of Normandale Lake Office Park, the adaptive re-use of both 505 and 655 Nicollet Mall properties, the renovation of the Ford Center and Loose Wiles historic buildings, and development of the Be The Match headquarters in downtown Minneapolis. In the Denver market, Bill initiated the development of Enterprise Business Center, a two million square foot master-planned and award-winning industrial park. Professional and Community Involvement Bill is an active member of the National Urban Land Institute’s Industrial and Office Park Development Council. He is also a member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) and the University of St. Thomas Real Estate Advisory Board. Cynthia’s real estate career began flourishing in 1996 during the revitalization of the Minneapolis riverfront, while marketing some of the most prominent historic loft conversions and luxury condominium and townhome projects downtown. Working with many of the top developers, architects and contractors in Minneapolis gave her a broad level of knowledge and connections within the residential condo market. In 2009 Cynthia formed the Cynthia Froid Group, headquartered in the heart of the historic Mill District in an effort to grow her business and provide the highest level of professional service to her many loyal clients. She has remained fiercely committed to selling the finest real estate in Downtown Minneapolis, and is honored to be diving back into new construction sales as the exclusive sales agent for the upcoming Four Seasons Private Residences at the RBC Gateway site. Cynthia is a loyal supporter of many Minneapolis organizations including Mill City Farmers Market, People Serving People, Mpls St Paul International Film Festival and Green Minneapolis. When she not selling real estate, she enjoys practicing French, traveling, scuba diving, kayaking, and spending time with her husband and two teenage sons.
