Manchester is the fastest-growing city in the UK and has cemented itself as a thriving global destination. According to Deloitte’s 2018 Crane Survey over 62,557 SQ FT of retail and leisure space has been delivered representing a four-fold increase on the previous year, six office developments totalling 1.5 million SQ FT began construction, and over 11,000 residential units are under construction. If you doubted Manchester was a boom town, doubt it no more! BUT, if Manchester is to become the world digital city it hopes to be, there is still much to be done. Join us in March for our Manchester State of the Market 2019 where we will discuss designing, building and creating the Manchester of tomorrow.
