2300 W Empire Avenue

2300 W Empire Avenue is a 351,300 square foot, 7-story Class “A” Office building located in the heart of Burbank’s Airport District and adjacent to Empire Center. 2300 W Empire provides a unique business environment for its tenants by combining an unparalleled Burbank location, extensive walkable and on- site amenity base, and functional and efficient floor layouts, and strong digital infrastructure. To meet today’s tenants’ work environment needs, 2300 W Empire is finalizing plans for an on-site Conference Center featuring over 5,000 SF of Meeting and Entertainment space and fully equipped to host a training session, guest speaker or even a monthly staff or board meeting. A Tenant Lounge will be found immediately adjacent to the Conference Center, intended to be an extension of a tenant’s space, that will include soft seating and flat screen televisions, ideal for gatherings, individual work focus or relaxation, or group events. Fully furnished with the latest equipment, a Fitness Center will cap off the on-site improvements, all intended to enhance the Tenant experience. Achieving a Platinum WiredScore, the highest rating and best in class building connectivity, the Wi-Fi-Lit Plaza expands on the existing exterior seating area. Soon to stream soft music, tenants at 2300 W Empire can relax or work in multiple areas outside of their individual offices. The Project is LEED Gold certified for its core & shell, having earned prestigious recognition for sustainable measures effectively lowering operating costs, improving air quality while enhancing productivity and enjoyment.

The Building’s major tenants include Cast & Crew, Critical Content and the Census Bureau.
