Events Raw Space

One Embassy Gardens sits at the heart of the 1,750-home Embassy Gardens development in Nine Elms. With views over the Thames and US Embassy, the 156,000sq.ft. commercial building will welcome Penguin Random House and DK Publishing in 2020. A 13-storey, 217,000sq.ft office building neighbouring the site, EG:HQ, was recently submitted for planning which will further the commercial status of the area. With the zone one Northern Line extension due to open in 2020, Nine Elms is set to be London’s newest commercial district.

London State of the Market 2019

Despite a slow 2019 for the London investment market, there is still a healthy interest in the city's real estate market. With Brexit's final decision coming up on October 31st, Bisnow wants to look at 2020 and discuss what a hard or soft Brexit will mean for the commercial real estate market. Beyond Brexit, we'll be taking an in-depth look into London's new projects, what cross-border investors think, growth opportunities across asset classes and what keeps our All-Star panelists up at night.

Please join us and the biggest names in London and global commercial real estate for our 4th annual London State of the Market event this November at Ballymore's Embassy Gardens development.

Share your comments, post your photos and ask questions using #BisnowEurope on Twitter and Instagram, and follow us at @ BisnowEurope on Twitter for more local news.
