EVENT HOST

Twentytwo

Events Raw Space

Twentytwo is a people-focused workplace in the heart of the City of London. Under construction and due to complete in late 2019, the 62-storey building puts user experience at the centre of its offer. A  range of spaces are designed to energise and inspire occupiers. The 12,000-strong community will have a fresh food market, innovation hub, gym with London’s first climbing window 125 metres from the ground, a wellbeing retreat, business club, bike park, as well as a free public viewing gallery. And art intervenes throughout.

Twentytwo is designed by PLP Architecture and developed by AXA Investment Managers – Real Assets in partnership with Lipton Rogers Developments.

London State of the Market

Prices did not drop as expected after Brexit and values remain near all-time highs in some sectors. According to The Loan Market Association, the next U.K. property downturn will occur by 2020 at the latest. With a hard Brexit on the horizon in 2019 and a forthcoming downtown, how will the London and global market develop next year? Which geographical areas and sectors will remain a safe haven to deploy equity and debt?

Come and join Bisnow's 3rd Annual State of the Market event, where we'll be taking an in-depth look into London's new projects, what cross-border investors think, growth opportunities across asset classes and what keeps our All-Star panelists up at night. We've gathered the biggest names in London and global commercial real estate to give an all-encompassing update on where London is now, and where it will be tomorrow.

Please note that this is an extended morning event. Please join us early and stay late - there will be plenty of schmooze time.

Share your comments, post your photos and ask questions using #BisnowEurope on Twitter and Instagram, and follow us at @ BisnowEurope on Twitter for more local news.
