Frisco Station is a next-generation, mixed-use development designed around three foundational pillars: Smart, Creative, Healthy. The 242-acre community will feature office, urban living, medical, running and biking trails and an abundance of retail services and restaurant options all within walking distance of The Offices Two. The Offices Two is a 210,000 RSF Class A office building located within the development. In addition, there is an ample amount of retail services and approximately 25 restaurants within walking distance at The Star (91 acres) development next door. Landlord is also providing onsite amenities including a tenant lounge, fitness center, conference center and a “Grab and Go” food service, in addition to a tenant shuttle providing convenient access to restaurants within Frisco Station and The Star.
