John Griggs is a founder and principal of Presidium and oversees all operational and financial aspects of Presidium’s 13,000 unit current portfolio and 2,500 units under development, including capitalization and financing, property and asset management, construction, investor relations and dispositions. Mr. Griggs has managed the acquisition and integration of more than $1.5 billion in real estate assets and currently oversees over 250 Presidium employees. Mr. Griggs heads the Dallas office of Presidium.

Mrs. Will co- founded Belmont Village Senior Living in 1997 as a fully integrated owner, developer and operator of first-rate senior housing and care communities. The company is known for built-to- purpose developments, best in class hospitality and proprietary resident programming. The Company’s $2.5 Billion real estate portfolio has capacity of 4,000 units and employs over 3,800 people across 8 states and Mexico. The Company’s associates voted the Company as a Great Place to Work® in 2018 and 2019, both years the company participated in the new certification program for Seniors Housing. Today Belmont is a market leader in high quality seniors housing and care in major markets including Los Angeles, the San Francisco Bay Area, Chicago, Austin, Houston, and San Diego. Institutional partners, past and present, include Security Capital Group, GE Real Estate, JPMorgan, AEW/CalPers, Baupost, Welltower and Harrison Street Real Estate. Prior to Belmont Village Mrs. Will co-founded Mischer Healthcare Services in 1994. Within that entity and its antecedents, the company developed several million feet of medical projects. In addition to real estate, the company has sponsored multiple healthcare and wellness platforms and served as the launch pad for Belmont Village Senior Living. In 2018, Mischer Healthcare sold the Memorial Hermann Medical Plaza, a 28-story, 510,000 square foot medical tower that anchors the Texas Medical Center at the highest price ever paid in the US for a medical office building and the highest price per foot ever paid for a commercial office project in Houston. Mrs. Will has served on the Board of numerous for profit and non-profit entities. On the for profit side she served on the Boards of Security Capital Group affiliates during the 1990’s. More recently she served on the Board of Verde Realty (founded by Bill Sanders), a privately held REIT specializing in industrial and multifamily real estate. The company was sold to Brookfield in 2012. She currently serves on the Board of multiple not-for-profits, including the USC Davis School of Gerontology, Argentum, Texas Assisted Living Association (TALA), and the American Seniors Housing Association (ASHA). In November 2018, she was inducted into the Texas Business Hall of Fame. Mrs. Will earned an M.B.A. with distinction from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Arts degree, Phi Beta Kappa, from Reed College, Portland, Oregon.

Beth Burnham Mace is the Chief Economist and Director of Outreach at the National Investment Center for Seniors Housing & Care (NIC). Prior to joining the staff at NIC, she served as a member of the NIC Board of Directors for seven years and chaired NIC’s Research Committee. Ms. Mace was also a Director at AEW Capital Management and worked in the AEW Research Group for 17 years. Prior to joining AEW in 1997, Ms. Mace spent ten years at Standard & Poor’s DRI/McGraw-Hill as the Director of the Regional Information Service. She also worked as a Regional Economist at Crocker Bank, the National Commission on Air Quality, the Brookings Institution and Boston Edison. Ms. Mace is a member of the National Association of Business Economists (NABE), the Urban Land Institute (ULI), ULI’s Senior Housing Council and New England Women in Real Estate (NEWIRE/CREW). In 2014, she was appointed a fellow at the Homer Hoyt Institute and was awarded the title of a “Woman of Influence” in commercial real estate by Real Estate Forum Magazine and Globe Street. Ms. Mace is a graduate of Mount Holyoke College (B.A.) and the University of California (M.S.). She has also earned The Certified Business Economist™ title (CBE) from the National Association of Business Economists (NABE). Ms. Mace is often cited in the Wall Street Journal, the New York Times, Seniors Housing Business, Seniors Housing News and McKnight’s Senior Living and has a bi-monthly column in the National Real Estate Investor.

Sebastian Brown specializes in senior housing and the hospitality sector. Prior to joining RSF Partners, Mr. Brown was a Director of Asset Management with Hudson Americas, the asset management division of Lone Star Funds. During his tenure with Hudson, he managed more than $2 billion of assets, with experience in both real estate equity investments and distressed loans. Prior to Lone Star, Mr. Brown completed over 250 senior housing appraisals and market studies while at James Brown Associates, and he led over 100 acquisitions and development projects during his three-and-a-half years at Canyon Creek Development. Mr. Brown received a BS from Oregon State University in Science and has a professional designation of MAI with the Appraisal Institute.

Mr. Will began his career with the predecessor company to CBRE Capital Markets, and helped launch the senior housing debt practice for the firm. In 2016, Mr. Will was named the youngest Vice Chairman in company history. Today, Mr. Will Co-Heads National Senior Housing for CBRE Capital Markets. Mr. Will along with partners Lisa Widmier, Matthew Whitlock, possess a combined 73-year Senior Housing-specific industry experience and $25 billion in transaction volume. His specialty is the capitalization of Independent Living, Assisted Living, Alzheimer’s Care and Skilled Nursing facilities. Mr. Will’s primary focus is on the origination of new business, the analysis of debt and equity investment opportunities, valuation and investment underwriting. Over the past 11 years, Mr. Will’s DSF team closed approximately $7.8+ billion in debt and equity for this specialty type and is one of the few real estate investment advisors whose platform includes: Fannie Mae (DUS certified lender), Freddie Mac (seller/servicer) and HUD/FHA, along with all the traditional lending sources. CBRE has been a Top 2 senior housing originator from 2010 through 2017. In 2015 through 2017, the team originated over $3.7 billion in senior housing debt across 176 assets nationwide. In 2016, CBRE was Fannie Mae’s #1 senior housing originator in the country. CBRE was the #1 GSE lender in the nation in 2017 with $18B in Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac originations. In addition to permanent debt placement and construction financing, the team has helped structure joint ventures between seasoned operators and institutional partners and has also sourced equity for development and acquisitions on a project specific and programmatic basis.

Mr. Dwyer currently serves as Managing Director of Silverstone Healthcare Company, LLC (SHC) and its affiliate, Silverstone Senior Living, LLC (Silverstone) in Texas and Florida. Prior to joining Silverstone, Mr. Dwyer served as Lead Principal for BOKA Powell’s Healthcare Services Group. Mr. Dwyer has been in the healthcare and senior housing industry for over 35 years. He focused on developing, operating and financing acute care hospitals, medical offices and senior housing facilities. Mr. Dwyer has contributed to and led over 175 healthcare and assisted living projects representing more than $7.0 billion in development. His resume includes Assisted Living and Memory Care communities, major acute care hospitals, ambulatory and medical office facilities including various positions as developer, project management, master facility planning, and consulting on strategy, operations, administration and technology for both national and international clients. Mr. Dwyer has published, presented and appeared on panels for both Hospital and Senior Housing organizations including, Centering Institute for Healthcare, ULI, ACI Upscale Hospital Conference, NACHRI, ASHE, American Institute of Architects and the American Hospital Association.

Dr. Albert L. Reyes is the sixth President and CEO of Buckner International. He previously served as president of Buckner Children and Family Services. Prior to his tenure at Buckner, Albert was president of Baptist University of the Américas in San Antonio. He also has served as pastor of three churches and as a manager for Sprint’s National Customer Service Call Center. Albert and his wife, Belinda, have three children. They are members of Park Cities Baptist Church in Dallas.

Tiffany Cobern joined MedCore Partners in April 2017 as part of MedCore’s mission to develop a comprehensive Senior Living division. Tiffany has more than two decades of operations experience in the seniors’ housing industry and concentrates on pre-development, development and post-development operating strategies, including managing performance and relationships with the companies MedCore selects to operate its senior living assets. Prior to joining MedCore Partners, Tiffany served in small, medium and large operating company platforms involved in the Independent, Assisted Living, Memory Care and Skilled Nursing sectors. She has experience in major metropolitan markets across the country as well as regional markets outside MSA’s. Tiffany has led the start-up of two senior living companies as well as having served in numerous positions at the community, regional and corporate levels of operations. Tiffany’s operational strengths include organizational development, investor relations, process and systems management, sales and marketing strategies, financial metrics, and team building. She is an accomplished public speaker and has authored and presented multiple corporate programs for team performance and product growth. Tiffany is a graduate of Texas Tech University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Relations, Marketing minor. She lives in Plano, Texas and enjoys traveling, sports, entertaining and reading.

Matthew E. Andres is a Senior Project Manager based out of Dallas, TX office at The Whiting-Turner Contracting Company. A 1992 graduate of Bay Port High School in Green Bay, Mr. Andres joined Whiting-Turner in 1997 immediately after earning his Bachelor of Science in Construction at the University of Wisconsin Stout. During his 20-year career at Whiting-Turner, he has worked in a variety of construction markets including Office, Senior Living, Entertainment, Retail, and K-12. Over the last 8 years, he has predominately focused on work in the Senior Living market. He is currently managing the Ventana by Buckner project in Dallas, TX and serves as Whiting-Turner’s Southwest Regional Coordinator for Senior Living. While earning his Bachelor’s degree, Mr. Andres was also a member of the Blue Devil hockey team from 1992-1997. After graduation, his passion for the game of hockey allowed him the opportunity to volunteer as a youth hockey coach for the Dallas Penguins and Frisco High School Hockey. In addition to sports, Mr. Andres enjoys the outdoors and spending time with his two children where they reside in Frisco, TX.
