Stephanie McCleskey has been instrumental in developing—and maintaining—the foundation supporting the timely collection and dissemination of in-depth apartment market and student housing data. Her tenure at Axiometrics has generated a rigorous quality control method to ensure on-time reports and accurate data for Axiometrics clients. McCleskey also organized and now oversees research and tracking processes for Axiometrics’ construction pipeline process, creating the methodology to update under-construction and lease-up properties on a monthly basis, thus ensuring clients have access to immediate and indispensable data for effective decision making purposes. Additionally, her efforts are focused on supervising, managing, motivating and training a crack staff of Axiometrics researchers. McCleskey received her degree in real estate finance from Southern Methodist University’s Cox School of Business.

Mike joined CWS in 1998 and is responsible for the company’s overall investment and operations activities. He holds an MBA from Harvard and a Bachelor's of Arts degree in Classics, with honors, from Princeton. Prior to CWS, Mike worked for Security Capital Group in Santa Fe, New Mexico and was a Naval Intelligence Officer, servingboth during the Gulf War and later as a Chief of Naval Operations Briefer in the Pentagon. Mike is on the Advisory Board for the Urban Land Institute, Austin, TX, and is a member of Vistage. He is a member of the South Fork Anglers, the 2013 Jackson Hole One-Fly Champions.

Andrew Hill has been in the real estate finance industry for 14 years. He joined Berkadia’s Austin mortgage banking office in February 2010. Prior to joining Berkadia; he spent a short period with Northmarq Capital in Houston and five years in the Houston office of Capmark Finance Inc., a Berkadia predecessor. Since transitioning into the mortgage banking industry in 2005, Hill has originated or participated in the origination of approximately $2.3 billion in debt financing and equity placement for commercial properties across the United States. Mr. Hill was formerly a Commercial Lending Officer with Sterling Bank, and is a graduate of Sterling Bank's Commercial Credit Training Program. Mr. Hill is a graduate of Texas A&M University with a BBA in Finance. He is active in the Real Estate Council of Austin, Urban Land Institute’s Young Leader Program, Mortgage Bankers Association, National Multi-Housing Council and the Aggie Real Estate Network. Mr. Hill and his wife, Julie, reside in Austin and have two daughters: Hadley, Elliot and a son, Drew.

Michael is the CEO of Kairoi Residential providing strategic direction and leadership across the entire corporate platform. He is a co-founder of the acquisitions and development partnerships in 2003 and 2006 respectively, as well as a founding partner of Kairoi. Michael has been deeply involved in the multifamily business as an owner and operator since 1995. His 23 years of experience make him an expert in the fields of multifamily management, investment, and development. Michael has invested in, developed, and disposed of more than $4.3 billion of real estate over the past 15 years. He has a valuable network of relationships with institutional joint venture partners, lenders and property owners which he has developed over his career. Michael graduated from Trinity University in San Antonio with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Finance. He is the Chairman of the Board for Alamo Regional Mobility Authority as appointed by the Governor. In connection with his role as Chairman, Michael serves on the Alamo Area MPO Transportation Policy Board and in the San Antonio Mobility Coalition. He also serves on the Advisory Board for The Bank of San Antonio and The Bank of Austin. Michael plays a large role in the San Antonio business community as well having previously held the position of Vice Chairman and currently serving on the Board of Directors of the San Antonio Chamber of Commerce. When Michael isn’t busy at the office or in the San Antonio community, he enjoys being on the lake, skiing, traveling, and listening to live music.'

Herbert McDowell Pike, Jr. (Mac) is currently chairman and co-owner of The Sutton Company, an Austin based real estate development and investment company. Mr. Pike has primarily been involved in all aspects of the development process, from the acquisition of a property to the construction and sale of the project. The Sutton Company has been involved, as a general partner, in several downtown projects including the Plaza Lofts at Fifth and Guadalupe in downtown Austin, a 60 unit high rise condominium project, and the Brazos Lofts and Avenue Lofts, both on Fifth Street and conversions from business use.From 1989 to the present, Mr. Pike, through the Sutton Company as general partner, developed such Austin area projects as Stratford Hills Section I (purchased from the University of Texas), Hunterwood (purchased from Davenport Ranch), the Estates at Blackacre in West Lake Hills, the Island at Westlake, two sections in Great Hills in northwest Austin, the Enclave at Mesa in Northwest Hills, Northpark and the Club at Wells Point in Pflugerville, Round Rock Ranch in Round Rock, Quest Towne Center in Cedar Park as well as other commercial projects such as the Apple Computer Customer Service Center on HWY 183.Prior to moving to Austin in 1989, Mr. Pike was owner and president of McAllen Aviation Center, an aviation fixed based operation with air charter certificates in both the U. S. and Mexico, as well as being one of the largest Exxon aviation franchises in the country. In addition Mr. Pike was a co-founder and Chairman of the Board of InterNational Bank of McAllen, a privately owned bank in McAllen, Texas. From 1980 until 1985 Mr. Pike was co-owner and dealer operator of Weslaco Motors, a General Motors dealership in Weslaco, Texas. Mr. Pike was in charge of the operations and sales of the dealership, which grew to one of the top selling new car dealerships in the Rio Grande Valley. During this time Mr. Pike was partner in Tejas Building and Development, which developed over 700 residential lots and 400 warehouse units in the Valley. Upon graduating from the University of Texas at Austin in 1972 with a degree in Finance, Mr. Pike became Vice President of Commercial Lending at McAllen State Bank and later became Executive Vice President of First National Bank of Brownsville prior to becoming co-owner of Weslaco Motors. Mr. Pike has served on the state boards of the Texas Lyceum and the Gulf Coast Conservation Association as well as President of McAllen South Rotary, Board member of Gladys Porter Zoo, President of Hidalgo County United Way and various duties with the Boy Scouts of America, including Eagle Scout. Mr. Pike was recently on the board and executive committee of the Downtown Austin Alliance and a board member and executive committee member of the Real Estate Council of Austin.

Matt Greer joined ARA, A Newmark Company as senior managing director for NGKF Capital Markets in ARA Newmark’s Austin office. He has worked in real estate in Texas since 1994, most recently with Berkadia from 2007-2016 where he financed projects in excess of $2 billion. Product type expertise includes multifamily, student housing, manufactured housing, commercial and retail properties with various structures including permanent, bridge, equity and mezzanine debt financing. Before that, Mr. Greer was a partner at AMS Real Estate (AMS), a real estate services firm where he launched an underwriting group that worked for many of the CMBS industry’s largest originators. Prior to his tenure with AMS, Mr. Greer was a vice president at Simmons Vedder Partners where he was responsible for the development and marketing of the company’s office division. Mr. Greer graduated from the University of Texas with a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics. He is a Certified Commercial Investment Manager (CCIM) and is active in the Mortgage Bankers Association, the National Multifamily Housing Council and the Urban Land Institute.

Scott joined Northmarq in May 2020 to expand the company’s Investment Sales platform across Texas. He focuses on establishing and maintaining client relationships, and providing advisory, transactional, debt structures and equity sourcing services to multifamily owners and developers. He is part of the company’s Built-to-Rent and Institutional Advisory practice groups. Prior to joining Northmarq, Scott was a Managing Director and Team Lead at Jones Lang LaSalle for six years, and a Senior Director and senior executive over central Texas for Institutional Property Advisors, a Marcus and Millichap company, for 12 years. During the last 18 years, Scott’s direct transactional and oversight experience exceeds $7 billion. With more than 50,000 apartment units sold, Scott is recognized as a market expert and is frequently called upon to speak or provide commentary at real estate conferences and in media outlets. In addition, Scott serves as an advisor for the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas Beige Book publication. In addition to his multifamily brokerage experience, Scott served as the regional manager for two of Marcus & Millichap’s flagship offices in Los Angeles and Encino California, and was the Western United States Director for Special Asset Services where he was charged with supporting more than 300 senior agents and creating direct client relationships with many of the nation’s largest financial institutions and servicers.
