As Senior Vice President and Managing Director for Core5, Lisa’s chief responsibilities include business development and capital deployment in the Southeastern United States. Her primary focus is on land acquisition, entitlement and development of modern logistics facilities for inventory and build-to-suit requirements, in addition to sourcing value-add acquisition opportunities. A 30-year+ veteran of commercial real estate, Lisa’s career achievements include overseeing more than 33 million square feet of industrial investment sales and leases for a total market value in excess of $1.1 billion. Since 1997, she has consistently ranked among the top five industrial producers in Georgia by the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) and the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors (ACBR). In 2017, under Lisa’s leadership, the Atlanta Business Chronicle ranked the Core5 Atlanta office as the #1 Commercial Real Estate Developer in the industrial category, with over 4.5 million square feet of new development for the year. Lisa holds a Georgia Real Estate License and has earned the distinguished Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation. In addition to active memberships with the ACBR and NAIOP, she is a member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) and the Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals (CSCMP). Lisa acquired a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of Southern Mississippi in Hattiesburg, Mississippi, and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of South Carolina in Columbia, South Carolina. Lisa’s past duties involved asset management, development, investment sales, and marketing and leasing of commercial real estate. Lisa previously served in Senior Vice President and Vice President roles at DCT Industrial Trust and IDI (now IDI Logistics).

Corey Richardson

A seasoned commercial real estate leader with a strong track record of developing corporate and broker relationships, Corey Richardson is responsible for leasing and managing First Industrial's portfolio in the Atlanta region. As Regional Director of First Industrial's Atlanta region, Mr. Richardson helps customers find the right solutions to grow their businesses or gain distribution efficiencies and leads the Company's operations in the region. Prior to joining First Industrial, Mr. Richardson was a senior leasing/development officer for Duke Realty Corporation in Atlanta. In his role, he leased, managed and developed 3.6 million square feet of a 9.1 million square-foot industrial, flex and single story office portfolio. Previously, Mr. Richardson worked at Holder Properties Inc. in Atlanta as a director of business development. There he developed, coordinated, and managed the strategic sales, marketing, and business development initiatives of this privately-held real estate development firm. Mr. Richardson earned his bachelor of arts in economics from the College of William and Mary, his masters of sports administration from Ohio University, and his international masters of business administration from Southern Cross University. He is a member of National Association of Industrial and Office Professionals (NAIOP) and is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) Candidate.

Scott is a founding Partner of the newly created INCO Group which is the rebranding of RACO Alabama LLC. Mr. Davis received a B.S. degree from the Auburn University College of Architecture, Design and Construction in 1989 and has over thirty years of experience working with industrial clients. For the past 15 years, Scott directed RACO Alabama’s growth in the hugely dynamic automotive industry which continues to thrive throughout Georgia, Alabama and Tennessee. Recently with the urging of several of their repeat clients, Scott assisted with due diligence, site selection and management of several automotive projects in Mexico. Scott has had the honor of speaking in multiple trade missions for the State of Georgia, The State of Alabama and the State of Nuevo Leon Mexico. He has held membership in several distinguished industry associations including the Construction Management Association of American, American Association of Quality and American Concrete Institute. Scott is also one of the founding board of directors for the Southeast US Korean Chamber of Commerce. Scott’s newest endeavor, INCO Group is a rebranding effort to remove regionalization of the previous RACO Alabama. With this change comes the end goal of expanding their market share and jumping back into the currently growing Atlanta Market.

Stewart Calhoun is a Vice Chairman in Cushman & Wakefield’s Capital Markets Group. With his partner David Meline, Mr. Calhoun leads a twelve-person Atlanta-based team that specializes in the disposition of office and industrial investment properties throughout the southeastern United States. Mr. Calhoun has led the disposition of over $20 billion of assets for many of the most prominent investors in the United States. He is a member of C&W’s Global Advisory Board, National Industrial Advisory Group and Atlanta Executive Committee. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Mr. Calhoun was a commercial developer with Carter & Associates in Atlanta from 1994 through 1999. At Carter, Mr. Calhoun led the development of office, industrial, hotel, and mixed-use projects throughout the eastern United States. From 1992 to 1994, Mr. Calhoun was associated with the Atlanta-based law firm of Lokey & Bowden, where he worked extensively with commercial real estate matters.

Amy Curry, located in our Atlanta office, focuses on Joint Ventures & Acquisitions in the eastern third of the United States. Geographically, her markets stretch from New England, south through the mid-Atlantic, the Carolinas, Georgia, to Florida. Immediately prior to joining Hillwood, Amy was with GLP where she was directly responsible for a 90+ million SF industrial portfolio throughout 21 markets in the eastern half of the United States. While at GLP, she was involved with several large portfolio acquisitions, including the 4.5 billion SF Industrial Income Trust (IIT) acquisition & the 1.5 million SF Hillwood acquisition in 2016. During her 17-year career, Amy has held senior positions with IndCor/Blackstone, First Industrial Realty Trust, Panattoni Development Company & Kim King Associates. Amy has a MS in Real Estate from Georgia State University & a BS in Industrial Engineering from Georgia Tech.

Austin McDonald

Austin McDonald oversees the company’s daily activities related to financing, leasing, asset management, property management, and accounting. This includes coordinating support of the company’s portfolio with cash flow projections, debt and equity strategies, development performance analysis and lease analysis and negotiations. Mr. McDonald maintains relationships with McDonald’s investors and a broad range of financial institutions. Mr. McDonald is also responsible for the company’s development activities in the State of Florida, including direct oversight of leasing and property management of the company’s existing parks and identifying and executing new development opportunities throughout the state. Mr. McDonald began his career at Carter and Associates, a full service regional real estate firm based in Atlanta. He coordinated development proforma analysis, property valuations, acquisition and dispositions, financing packages and lease analysis. Mr. McDonald graduated from Vanderbilt University with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Economics. He is an active member of the Young Presidents Organization (YPO), National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP), Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR), Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors and the Urban Land Institute (ULI). He is a licensed real estate broker in the State of Georgia. He has served on the Executive Committee of the Atlanta Vanderbilt Alumni Association, is Past-President of the Pace Academy Alumni Association Board, and is a current board member of the Atlanta Airport West and Atlanta Airport South Community Improvement Districts.

Gardner Lee

As President of Graham Commercial Properties, Gardner Lee is responsible for all aspects of GCP including coordinating the asset strategy of the company’s portfolio, acquisitions, dispositions, leasing and management. Mr. Lee reports to the Board of Directors of GCP. Mr. Lee started his real estate career with Graham & Company in 1993 and remained with that firm through 2013. During his tenure with Graham & Co, Mr. Lee held the positions of Property Manager, Leasing/Sales Agent, Managing Broker and Managing Partner. Mr. Lee opened all of the Graham & Co offices outside of Birmingham and was an integral part of the growth of that firm. Mr. Lee’s broad knowledge and hands-on operational experience in all disciplines of owning, managing, leasing, acquiring and disposing of commercial real estate allows him to add tremendous value to the GCP Portfolio. As evidence, Mr. Lee is one of few that have earned both the SIOR and CPM designations from the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors and the Institute of Real Estate Management respectively. Mr. Lee earned a Bachelor in Arts in both History and Economics from Auburn University and an MBA from the University of Alabama.

Sylvia Wilks

Sylvia Wilks assumed her role as Vice President of Operations at TireHub in 2018. Wilks joins TireHub from Kimberly-Clark where she served as Vice President, Global Procurement, and Chief Procurement Officer for two years. In this role, she was responsible for purchasing all indirect and direct materials worldwide, managing supplier relationships to deliver growth and innovation and implementing key sourcing strategies and initiatives that drove value creation across the company’s supply chain. Previously, Sylvia spent 15 years with Starbucks. She most recently served as Vice President, Global Procurement, and was responsible for the strategic sourcing and supplier relationships for all direct materials in the food and beverage, packaging, tea and contract manufacturing categories. Sylvia also held various leadership positions with Starbucks in Europe and North America in manufacturing, continuous improvement, international supply chain operations and contract manufacturing. She also built and operated the only Starbucks manufacturing facility in Europe and started up the first green-field instant coffee plant to be built in North America in half a century. Additionally, Sylvia has a passion for mentoring and building talent and served as the executive lead to foster formal supply chain education for Starbucks employees through Arizona State University. Sylvia has experience in reducing operating costs, improving productivity and manufacturing capacity and implementing cross-functional change management initiatives. She began her career managing food processing plant operations in the U.K., before spending the next 13 years leading end-to-end supply chain operations in public and private food manufacturing companies servicing the major U.K. grocery multiples. Sylvia graduated with a bachelor’s degree in engineering from The University of Hull in England. She resides in Atlanta, Georgia, with her partner.

Ari began his real estate and entrepreneurial career right out of university. After graduating in 2000 Magna Cum Laude from the NYU Stern School of Business Ari started as a consultant for the Kenneth Leventhal Ernst and Young Real Estate Group. After 2 years at E&Y, where his responsibilities included underwriting large transactions and performing due diligence for clients, Ari moved into the securitization sector of the industry. Working for XL Capital Assurance, Ari was instrumental in growing their residential and commercial mortgage and asset backed portfolio. In 2005, Ari was confronted with an opportunity to shift to the development and technology sector of the industry. Ari moved from XL Capital and formed a development and technology firm called Automotion Parking. As the Executive Director in charge of all Company’s operations, Milstein oversaw all phases of the Company’s development. Working closely with the Automotion team, they jointly developed the company’s marketing initiatives, construction and design components, as well as the maintenance and service infrastructure. Ari has established himself as one of the country’s leading experts in automated parking developments. This expertise led to him being featured on several major newspapers and media outlets.

David Welch

David Welch is a Partner with Robinson Weeks Partners, and has overall responsibility for the firm’s development and acquisition activities as well as its build-to- suit programs. The firm structures ventures with public and private entities to develop master planned parks and creates exceptional build-to- suit programs for clients needing a trusted and experienced advisor to acquire and develop their facilities. Mr. Welch overseas the redevelopment of Gillem Logistics Center, an 1168 acre master planned logistics center that can accommodate more than 8 million square feet of e-commerce and distribution facilities. Prior to joining Robinson Weeks Partners, Mr. Welch was the Southeast Regional President for LNR Properties, LLC., where he had overall responsibility of all acquisitions, developments, investments, operations and dispositions. The portfolio included land, industrial and mixed-use assets exceeding $100 million. Before joining LNR Properties, he held senior leadership positions with ProLogis for nearly thirteen years. Mr. Welch started his commercial real estate career with CB Commercial where he specialized in leasing and selling industrial properties. Mr. Welch received a business degree from the University of Kansas and an MBA from The George Washington University. As Executive Vice President, Jay leads overall growth and strategic initiatives for Ware Malcomb, and is focused on client relationships, while providing hands-on architecture and large scale land planning to North America’s leading development companies. Jay is an active member of NAIOP in multiple cities, is on the Board Of Directors for the LA/OC Chapter, and is the chairman of the NAIOP e-commerce III Forum, an associate member of SIOR, holds Architectural Licenses in 9 states.

Larry Callahan

Larry Callahan has been the Chief Executive Officer of Pattillo Industrial Real Estate since 2005. He joined the Pattillo Companies as Chief Financial Officer in 1985. He began his professional career in the Atlanta office of Arthur Andersen & Co. He is a CPA and a member of the Georgia Society of CPA’s and the American Institute of CPA’s. While taking on increasing responsibilities with Pattillo, he has been involved in numerous civic activities including the Board of Advisors of the Metro Atlanta Chamber of Commerce. He was the 2011 Chairman of the Regional Business Coalition of Metropolitan Atlanta and is the current Chairman of the Stone Mountain Community Improvement District. He is a member of the Atlanta Rotary Club and is on the Executive Committee of Atlanta’s Irish Chamber of Commerce. He is a member of the Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals. Larry has been married since 1977 to his high school sweetheart and is the proud father of three productive adult children. As the children were growing up, he was head coach for their athletic teams for 33 seasons through the YMCA of Cobb County. All of his children have advanced degrees and they have collectively blessed him with four granddaughters. Larry earned a Bachelor degree in Industrial Management from Georgia Tech with highest honors followed by an MBA in Finance from Indiana University.

Greg Ryan is a Partner of Dermody Properties, based in Atlanta, Georgia. He is responsible for all land and building acquisitions, build-to-suit projects, development activities, customer relations and asset management in the Southeast Region. Most recently, Mr. Ryan was Managing Partner at Cardinal Industrial in Atlanta, where he ran the investment management function and acquisitions for the eastern half of the U.S. Mr. Ryan spent most of his career with IDI Logistics (formerly IDI and IDI Gazeley) in many leadership roles such as Head of Operations, Managing Director Investment Management, and Managing Director Acquisitions with responsibility for investment management, acquisitions, dispositions, asset management, leasing, property management and day-to-day operations. He served on the firm’s Investment Committee, Acquisition & Development Committee and Senior Management Team. Mr. Ryan was also a lender with New York Life Investment Management (NYLIM) and started his career at The Sharp Boylston Companies. His strong relationships with brokers, investors, lenders and customers have resulted in more than $2 billion of real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, financings, asset management and leasing. While Head of Operations for North America at IDI Gazeley, he managed the leasing and operations of a 50-million-square-foot portfolio across the nation. Mr. Ryan is a member of the Urban Land Institute and its Industrial and Office Park Development Green Council, and NAIOP and its Industrial Acquisitions I Forum. He serves on the board of directors of Clemson University’s Advancement Board of Real Estate Development and also Georgia State University’s Real Estate Department. Mr. Ryan holds a Master of Science degree in real estate from Georgia State University, and a B.S. in financial management from Clemson University..

Mr. Rowley joined Liberty Property Trust in 2011 as Director of Leasing and Development for the firm’s South Florida office and was later promoted to oversee the Atlanta market in 2014. Prior to joining Liberty, Mr. Rowley was a Leasing Manager for Prologis in San Antonio, Texas. Before that, Mr. Rowley was a Senior Analyst for Ernst & Young providing strategic consulting services to Fortune 500 and 1000 clients out of the firm’s Phoenix, Arizona office. Mr. Rowley earned a Bachelor of Science degree in management and finance from Brigham Young University and a Master’s of Business Administration with concentration in finance and marketing from The Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
