Mr. Freeman joined Regent Partners in 1998 and serves both as the President and the head of the Hospitality Division. During his career, Mr. Freeman has been involved in the development and renovation of over 3,000 hotel rooms. These projects include: the Emory Conference Center Hotel in Atlanta, Georgia, the Norfolk Waterside Marriott and Waterside Convention Center in Norfolk, Virginia, the Brasstown Valley Resort in North Georgia, the Sugar Land Marriott Hotel and Conference Center outside of Houston, Texas, Hilton Hotels in Evanston, Illinois and Hartford, Connecticut, and the Westin in Alexandria, Virginia. He is a graduate of the University of Alabama and received his J.D. from the Emory University School of Law in 1986. Mr. Freeman is a member of the American Bar Association and the Georgia Bar Association, and is actively involved with the Peachtree Road United Methodist Church. He has served as a Board Member of Camp Kudzu, a summer camp for kids with diabetes, the University of Alabama Entrepreneurship Advisory Board, and currently is serving on two Boards at Peachtree Road United Methodist Church.

Overall responsibility for comprehensive oversight of company operations with particular attention to business development, financing, and product expansion.

Amy Fingerhut is a First Vice President in CBRE’s Atlanta Retail Services Group. Her duties include project leasing and tenant representation with a specialty in street retail, restaurant site selection and the backfill of existing restaurant spaces. Ms. Fingerhut is responsible for the marketing, leasing and pre-leasing of new and existing developments ranging from mixed-use in-town developments, high street retail and specialty centers. She also represents several national, regional and local tenants in site selection and expansion in metro Atlanta and the state of Georgia. Prior to joining CBRE, Ms. Fingerhut was a leasing representative with Colliers International where she gained experience in successfully leasing all types of retail developments from ground-up, grocery-anchored centers to unanchored strip centers. Ms. Fingerhut has worked closely with landlords throughout all phases of the retail development lifecycle from inception to completion, including building design, proforma analysis, tenant mix, market analysis and lease negotiations. Ms. Fingerhut also gained experience as a leasing representative for Pellerin & Salomon Real Estate Services, a shopping center development company. Before starting on the brokerage side, Ms. Fingerhut spent five years with Deloitte Tax LLP as a Senior Property Tax Consultant, appealing commercial real estate values all over the Southeast in order to reduce the tax liability for the owners.

Herbert Ames is Vice President - Southeast for EDENS, one of the nation’s leading retail real estate owners and development companies. He has more than 12 years’ experience in real estate development and has managed the development and redevelopment of properties throughout the Southeast totaling over 900,000 square feet for retailers including Whole Foods Market, Publix, Target and The Fresh Market. Formerly based in the Columbia, South Carolina office of EDENS, Ames relocated to Atlanta to expand the company’s regional scope. Ames is known for his commitment to the community, and is currently serving on the board for the Buckhead Community Improvement District. He previously chaired the Long Range Planning Committee of the City Center Partnership (Columbia, SC) and served on the CCP Executive Committee of Board of Directors, an organization dedicated to reinvigorating Columbia’s urban core and central business district. Ames is a graduate of the Leadership Columbia Class of 2008 and a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and Urban Land Institute. He received a BS from the University of South Carolina.

With more than 14 years in real estate development, Harvey Wadsworth brings diverse industry knowledge and an accomplished background to Mill Creek as Vice President of Development, where he oversees the expansion process, including entitlements, design and sourcing new opportunities. Wadsworth joined Mill Creek following a successful tenure at Jamestown in Atlanta, where his focus was execution of mixed-use developments across the Southeast. Prior to joining the Jamestown team, Wadsworth focused primarily on retail – specifically grocery-anchored shopping centers with Redstone Investments in Tampa, Fla. He began his real estate career as a Project Manager for R.J. Griffin & Co., in Atlanta, where he specialized in mixed-use, high-rise construction. Wadsworth has successfully launched multiple grocery store-anchored multi-use developments in addition to executing over $500 million in residential, student housing, hotel, retail and office developments. Wadsworth received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Georgia Southern University. An active member of ULI, REGA, ICSC and NAIOP, he also completed a Master of Business Administration from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School.

Matt joined Cousins in 2016 to lead the Phoenix regional team, a role he previously held for Parkway Properties since 2007. In 2018, Matt relocated to Atlanta to lead the Atlanta regional team as Managing Director. In his current role, he has responsibility for leasing, property operations, investments and business development in the Atlanta market. During his 11-year tenure running the Phoenix portfolio for Parkway, Matt’s team was named NAIOP Arizona Owner/Developer of the Year, and facilitated large-scale leases with clients including Amazon, ADP, Silicon Valley Bank and Symantec. Additionally, Matt acted as the local point of contact for investment opportunities in the Western US for Parkway, and sourced over $400MM of assets purchased or developed in the Phoenix market.

Sean Moynihan joined Newmark Knight Frank in 2019 and currently serves as the executive vice president, market leader in the company’s Atlanta, Georgia, office. Mr. Moynihan is responsible for providing strategic direction to the Atlanta office, working collaboratively with the company’s professionals and the global leadership team to create value for the company’s clients and drive sustained growth for Newmark Knight Frank. Mr. Moynihan manages revenue growth, profitability, client relations, top industry recruitment and business development for the Atlanta office. Prior to returning to NKF, Mr. Moynihan served for six years as a principal at Avison Young, where he focused primarily as a tenant advisor, assisting companies with the strategic, operational and cultural impact of their real estate. Over his career, Mr. Moynihan has represented a diverse range of companies, from established North American corporations to professional service firms. His expertise includes lease accounting, brokerage, project management and financial analysis.
