David Dunn is COO of H5 Data Centers. Mr. Dunn has nearly 15 years of experience managing significant growth and delivering outsized returns on investment in the Internet infrastructure space. Mr. Dunn most recently served as vice president at the Zayo Group where he was responsible for managing the wavelength and mobile infrastructure business units. Prior to Zayo, Mr. Dunn was senior vice president at CoreSite where he held leadership roles in mergers & acquisitions, leasing, marketing and strategy. Before joining CoreSite, Mr. Dunn held roles at several private equity firms including The Carlyle Group and J.E. Robert Companies. Mr. Dunn earned a B.S. in Finance from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and an M.B.A. from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

An accomplished executive, Lindsey brings together expertise in project development for both data centers and renewable energy. Lindsey led the advancement of several hundred megawatts of data center pipelines across the US and Europe, and her renewable energy development experience extends to the US, Canada and parts of South America. Prior to joining CleanArc, Lindsey served as Vice President of Project Development at CyrusOne, a leading global data center developer and operator specializing in delivering state-of-the-art digital infrastructure solutions across the globe. At CyrusOne, she led the global Project Development team and was responsible for the strategy, execution, and delivery of the company’s organic data center development projects. Prior to this role, Lindsey served as CyrusOne’s Senior Corporate Counsel of Real Estate & Construction, working alongside the company’s U.S. and global site selection and construction teams in all aspects of site selection and development. Previously, Lindsey served as Senior Attorney for the Americas division of RES Group, the world’s largest independent renewable energy company, where she represented the organization in various matters related to the development and construction of utility scale renewable energy projects. Lindsey began her career as an attorney in private practice focused on commercial and industrial real estate. Lindsey holds an AB in English from Duke University, a JD from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law, and an Executive MBA from Quantic School of Business and Technology.

Bob DeSantis is an accomplished executive and entrepreneur who has held senior leadership positions in public and private, competitive and regulated companies within the communications, technology, and energy industries. He has been a leader in acquiring, building and growing businesses and arranging for their initial public offerings and other strategic events. Bob’s expertise spans strategy, operations, finance, corporate law, real estate, and mergers and acquisitions. Prior to becoming the CEO of 365 Data Centers, Bob was the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Xand, which became the leading, privately owned, data center, managed services and cloud services operator in the Northeast prior to its sale to Tierpoint. His previous technology and communications experience includes serving as President and COO of cloud operator Flexisphere, CFO of DSL.net, a nationwide internet service provider, CFO of Electric Lightwave, a metro and long haul fiber business, Executive Vice President of core optical switch manufacturer Tellium, and CFO of Frontier Communications (f/k/a Citizens Communications) during that company’s transformation from a diversified utility to one of the nation’s largest telecommunications companies. Bob started his career as a Tax Specialist at KPMG and then as a Tax Attorney with GTE Corp. He broadened his professional expertise by serving as President & COO of the Financial Accounting Foundation, the overseer of the Financial Accounting Standards Board (FASB), and was named by CPA Magazine as one of the top 100 most influential practitioners. Bob holds both BSE and MS degrees from the University of Pennsylvania (Wharton School) and a Juris Doctorate degree from Boston College Law School. He is a Certified Public Accountant and member of the Bars of several state and federal courts.

Jeff is the head of Mintz’s Real Estate and Communications practices in the firm’s New York office. A general commercial real estate attorney for 40 years, his real estate practice includes development, acquisitions, sales, financing for borrowers, and leasing. During the past 35 years, he has developed a unique specialty practice in the intersection of real estate with technology, communications, and energy issues. He has extensive experience in data centers, collocation facilities, distributed and in-building antenna systems, rooftop antennas, fiber-optic transactions, radio and television broadcast antennas, and the wiring of buildings for broadband communications access. Jeff has also been involved in government service for many years, including, most recently, as a Commissioner of the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey. He holds a JD from New York University and a BA from Columbia University.

Develops strategies for applications of precast/prestressed concrete building systems in the data center space. Leads the effort to engage technical staff in the design-assist effort of very fast-track projects, at the earliest stages of development. Works with end-users and their agents to create unique designs and unusual applications of precast concrete building systems. Drives Metromont’s practice of acting as a specialty precast subcontractor in the data center -- and not just the manufacturer of various precast parts and pieces. Metromont can self-perform 100% of the precast concrete work, beginning from structured design-assist engagement, through field erection of "all-precast" buildings. Leads the activities of Metromont’s VA Sales staff in pursuit of projects primarily in Virginia’s Data Center Alley, but across the U.S. Metromont has the capability of extending its reach beyond this area, on certain projects, where organizational strengths, financial capacity, and past experience -- particularly with regard to mission-critical projects -- are required. 35 years experience in the precast/prestressed concrete industry, including responsibilities for nearly every aspect of the ", get work" and "do work" functions. Directly involved in preconstruction through contract, in 20M SF of all precast data centers. Marshall is a 7x24 Exchange DC Chapter Board of Directors member and a member of the Design-Build Institute of America (DBIA).

Christopher Lettiere is the Senior Director of Data Center Operations for CoreSite’s Northern Virginia and Washington DC Markets. He brings over 18 years of facilities and operational experience in industrial, commercial building, and data center applications. He began his data center career in the NY/NJ market in 2012, and has been with CoreSite in Virginia since 2017.

Dave joined DartPoints in 2017 to oversee the data centers’ day-to-day operations, and to provide strategic direction for DartPoints’ engineering, facility management and customer support teams. He is an experienced operations management professional, with previous responsibilities including oversight of shared IT services and maintaining the organization’s strategic plan. Dave holds a bachelor’s degree from Oral Roberts University and an MBA from The University of Texas at Tyler.

Suresh Pichai is Director, Innovation & Development at Equinix. Suresh’s team works on future technologies for data centers and cost efficiencies through productization and supply chain optimization. He has patents pending and issued in the area of energy efficient data center cooling products and others. Prior to Equinix, Suresh has worked for Intel and major engineering consulting firms such as CH2MHill and Jacobs Engineering (Sverdrup) in the areas of design, design-build and facilities management. Suresh holds a MS degree from the University of Illinois and is a registered Mechanical Engineer in the state of California.

David C. Meadows II has worked in data center cooling since 1999.  He is currently the Director of Technology with STULZ USA, a manufacturer of precision air conditioning, humidification, and dehumidification products specifically designed for the data center.  Previously David has served as both the Design Engineering Manager and the Applications Engineering Manager at Stulz.  David holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Maryland Baltimore County.  David is also a graduate of the United States Navy Nuclear Power School.

Kurt’s professional engineering career spans over 40 years. His expertise includes structural engineering design for Mission Critical Facilities such as Data Centers, Health Care Facilities such as Hospitals and Clinics and Life Sciences Facilities such as Biopharmaceutical Pilot Plants and Production Facilities around the United States and the World. His area of expertise is in designing buildings to be occupable after natural disasters including Tornados, Hurricanes and Earthquakes. He has been the structural engineer of record for conventional “fixed Base Buildings” ranging from 1-23 stories, “Base Isolated Buildings” ranging from 1-5 stories, and the retrofit and new construction of buildings incorporating Fluid Viscous Dampers ranging from 1-22 stories. He has published numerous papers on passive energy dissipation and presented the findings at various conventions in Boston, San Francisco and Milan. For over 23 years as the Founding Principal at PARADIGM Structural Engineers, Kurt spends most of his time developing new leaders at PARADIGM and mentoring staff in Chicago and San Francisco.

Oz Morales is currently the Chief Officer of Infrastructure at Denvr Dataworks, an AI centric cloud provider. Prior, he was SVP for Infrastructure and Innovation at Digital Realty Trust, the worlds largest colocation provider. He was responsible for Innovation, Infrastructure Development, Cost, New Technologies, and Operations Development. Oz spent 5 years as the CTO/VP for COI at Microsoft. He was responsible for Operations, Engineering, Software tools, Supply Chain, Colocation acquisition, and technical direction for the CO+I team at Microsoft, Oz spent most of his time developing methodology and focus on AI compute, structured cabling plants and Networking. He was the former Vice President for Data Center Global Services for Amazon Web Services, responsible for maintaining all the Amazon.com/AWS data centers around the world, he was with AWS/Amazon for 17 years. He worked at MSFT for 5 years and started his career in MSFT as a Partner Engineer in DCX. Oz has continued to apply new innovations and proven technology to deploy into the data center space and has developed many innovative project patents for efficiency and cost savings. His patent awards are in the hundreds and range from developing strategies for low-cost distribution of electrical power for data centers to methods of airflow control and he currently has several other patents pending. Prior to coming to MSFT, Oz worked as a manager at Enbridge Technology Inc., an oil and pipeline gas industry worldwide based in Canada. Oz led the SCADA team to automate control and loss prevention of all the company’s hydro-carbon pipeline system (domestic and International). Oz graduated from University of Alberta with a BSc Eng. in Mechanical Engineering and obtained his MSc in Electrical Engineering from University of Delaware. Besides building data centers, Oz has a passion for cars and motorcycles. In his spare time, Oz enjoys playing hockey, spending time with his daughter and reading books by his favorite authors Edgar Allan Poe and Pablo Neruda. Patrick with over 30 years of domestic and international Data Center experience. He has held key leadership positions orchestrating complex Information Technology solution builds. His passion is delivering application and infrastructure transformations yielding operational efficiencies and cost recuperation. Patrick has been accountable for program development and execution budgets of $17M - $987M. His leadership directed matrixed staff, consultants, architects, and multiple EPC contractors. These programs encompassed infrastructure and construction management delivery of $2.8B in data center green and brown field initiatives. Under his leadership high-performing multi-disciplined engineering teams delivered design build and mission critical transformations beyond 960 MW+ in capacity across the U.S. and EU. These programs aligned engineering teams with strategic technology roadmaps to meet enterprise, colo and hyperscale market needs. Prior to ENERCON, Patrick has significant experience as business owner, consultant, and contractor delivering mission critical facilities. He has held Data Center leadership positions as Director of Engineering, VP Program Director, VP Director, Enterprise Principal Architect, VP Infrastructure Services, Senior Officer Operations. His experience and client’s delivery include Airlines, Automotive, Banking, Defense, Financial Services, Enterprise Technology Sector, Education, Energy/Utilities, Health Care, Insurance, Manufacturing, Social media and Retail.

As Principal of Bohler’s Atlanta, GA office, Joel leads a team of site civil engineering professionals helping owners and developers leverage industry change and tackle site challenges to accomplish their land development goals. Joel has designed more than 10 million square feet of space for distribution center and warehouse development throughout Metro Atlanta. Joel has also overseen the design and approval of millions of square feet of data centers across the Southeast. Throughout his 20-year tenure with the firm, Joel’s commitment to mentoring staff, providing exceptional customer service, and building strong business relationships has been instrumental in growing a strong local practice and building momentum in Bohler’s Southeast region. Joel holds a Bachelor of Landscape Architecture from Clemson University (Go Tigers!) and resides in Dunwoody with his wife and two children. When he is not in the office he can be found perfecting his backhand serve on the tennis court.

Chris Gibbs joined Tindall in 2019 as Business Development Manager to the Georgia Division, where he was responsible for pursuing business opportunities and identifying potential partners that aligned with company goals in the region. He was also a key player in the launch of the Tindall Superior Lightweight All-Purpose Beam™ (T-SLAB) product line. As Director of Marketing, Gibbs’s corporate leadership role involves planning and administering all marketing efforts across Tindall’s full footprint. He works directly with the Sales Team and General Managers to drive strategic efforts in sales, analytics, and marketing tools. Gibbs’s early career focused on Architectural and Commercial building material sales, leading him to the construction and marketing industries. He has a background in Sales Management, working with Architectural Polymers, Forterra, and Hanson Brick. He has extensive experience with conventional wall systems and is a brick expert. Gibbs graduated from the Atlanta College of Art, later absorbed by Savannah College of Art and Design, with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree.

Brian Chambers is the Lead Enterprise Architect and Chief Technologist for Chick-fil-A, Inc., a quick-service restaurant chain with roughly 2200 locations based in Atlanta, GA. Brian’s team identifies strategic and differentiating technology opportunities, develops platforms and capabilities, and stewards them to maturity. Some recent examples include Chick-fil-A’s Cloud, API, and Internet of Things (IoT) strategy/platform. Outside of the office, Brian is an avid mountain biker and lover of all things outdoors.

Since joining Cox in 2020 and launching Cox Edge as a new business, Dave has been applying both his business and technology acumen to understand customer problems and to build innovative edge offerings.

He began his career in investment banking at Bear, Stearns & Co. in its TMT group.

Daniel English is the President and Co-Founder of Legacy Investing, an investment firm focused on technology impacted real estate. Legacy has completed >$3B in transactions across 19M SF in data centers, e-commerce industrial assets, and life science buildings. Prior to co-founding Legacy Investing, Daniel was a tech start-up executive with leadership roles across M&A, corporate development, strategy, and product management. Daniel studied engineering at Carnegie Mellon University and Economics and Finance at Emory University.

John Regan serves as the Chief Investment Officer and has been in the technology and facilities infrastructure space for over three decades. In his most recent role as SVP of Acquisitions and CTO for Landmark Dividend, he executed on over a $1 billion in Digital Infrastructure acquisitions. Prior to Landmark, Mr. Regan worked with Carter Validus (CV) Advisors where he was instrumental in the development and execution of the CV Mission Critical REIT I & II data center platforms from inception. Mr. Regan made CV’s first acquisition in July 2011. By October 2017, pipeline development and management led to closing over 50 deals amassing $2 billion of data center assets totaling more than 4.5M sf. Mr. Regan is a data center industry leader frequently speaking and moderating at conferences across the U.S. having a number of articles published by and about him. Mr. Regan’s experience spans over 35 years within information technology, facilities infrastructure, business development, sales and acquisitions serving in various leadership positions while also providing advisory services and consulting for multiple startups. Mr. Regan served in leadership positions for 18 years with PWC, LLP as National Director of Data Center Services, National Director of Network Services, and Director of Infrastructure Delivery. In these roles Mr. Regan led technology and facilities infrastructure engineers and project managers through the execution of more than 26,000,000 square feet of real estate projects spanning renovations, restacks, retrofits, consolidations, new builds and the merger of technology and facility infrastructure of Coopers & Lybrand and Price Waterhouse. Mr. Regan achieved recognition by ComputerWorld for PWC as the number one Green IT organization worldwide in 2010 after completion of a state of the art Tier III LEED Gold certified data center and driving other conservation practices organizationally. Mr. Regan is also an expert in BCDR having developed and executed a multi-tiered program creating PWC’s firm-wide Disaster Recovery program. Mr. Regan has a Bachelor’s in Accounting from St. Leo University where he graduated Magna Cum Laude. Mr. Regan holds several certifications in the infrastructure space having achieved Accredited Tier Specialist (ATS), Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) and Certified Business Continuity Professional (CBCP) credentials. He holds multiple certifications and various systems designations through Digital Equipment Corporation, Research Triangle Institute, and NCSU.

As President for TitleVest and New York State Manager for First American Title, Brian is involved in strategic planning, execution, and oversight of operational projects, business development, as well as technology creation and deployment. Brian handles client inquiries and provides subject-matter expertise for complex transactions such as, sale-leasebacks, development right transfers, 1031's, defeasance, multi-site/multi-state portfolios, and other residential and commercial matters. With over twenty years of experience in real estate and title insurance Brian has leveraged his knowledge to develop the cutting-edge technology and business practices behind the critically-acclaimed TitleVest proprietary systems. During his 20- year tenure with TitleVest, he has helped to structure and/or oversee the closing of over fifty billion in real estate transactions for leading lenders, investment banks, developers, REITs, and other real estate investors throughout the United States. Under his leadership TitleVest has been awarded Best Title Agency ten years running in the New York Law Journal and also Best Title Company the past two years in the National Law Journal.
