Beacon Capital Partners and Elevation Development Group broke ground Wednesday on The HUB, the first Class-A office space developed in the RiNo neighborhood.

The Gensler-designed development at 3601 Walnut St. will feature 250K SF of office space and 25K SF of retail space.

The project is adjacent to the 38th and Blake RTD commuter rail station. The two-acre development follows the substantial infrastructure investment the City and County of Denver have made in the RiNo Art District.

Pre-leasing activity, led by JLL and Zall, has been brisk. HomeAdvisor will lease 70K SF for its HQ, and relocate 350 employees from Denver West to RiNo.

“We believe in the power of RiNo,” Beacon Capital Partners Managing Director Cathy Mossman said. “This is where creative and innovative companies want to be."
