Institutional investors advised by J.P. Morgan Asset Management have acquired three Class-A office buildings in Boulder

Just a few blocks from Boulder’s Pearl Street Mall, the three properties, known as The Boulder Portfolio, are 1050 Walnut St., 1881 Ninth St. and 1900 15th St. The area offers Boulder’s top retail and dining options and is near the talent pool at the University of Colorado, Boulder.

JLL Capital Markets arranged for financing for the purchase of The Boulder Portfolio.

JLL’s Capital Markets team secured $75.3M in financing for the acquisition. Deutsche Bank provided the five-year, floating rate loan.

“The combination of well-located assets in a highly desirable market and strong, institutional sponsorship made this an ideal lending opportunity and allowed us to secure the best terms possible for our client,” JLL Capital Markets Managing Director Kellogg Gaines said.
