Universal City, California-based Sun Hill Properties Inc. has acquired two Colorado hotels.

The properties, which are part of the Marriott family, are the 99-suite TownePlace Suites Denver Southwest in Littleton and the 94-suite TownePlace Suites in Colorado Springs, which appeal primarily to business travelers.

“Our properties consistently outrank their competition in both guest satisfaction and economic return,” Sun Hill Properties President and CEO Mark Davis said. “We focus on where it counts — and run an efficient and effective operation that produces results for the properties we manage.”

Sun Hill will retain the current staff and property names and plans to invest in upgrades and renovations at both properties.

“Much of our success is due to our outstanding employees, as they are the ones who interact most directly with our customers,” Davis said. “That’s why we nurture excellent employee teams through training, recognition, promotion from within and incentives.”
