Plano’s Legacy West has snapped up another headquarters. Aerospace giant Boeing will use Legacy West as the base for its newly formed global services division beginning in July.

Karahan Cos. president and CEO Fehmi Karahan has been working on the deal for two months, the Dallas Business Journal reports. Boeing will take the top floor of one of Legacy West’s office buildings, though exact SF has yet to be determined. Boeing Global Services serves about 20,000 employees around the world.

When Boeing announced its global services division in November, the new division was expected to create a headquarters by Q3 2017 in addition to a core group based in Dallas.

Boeing credited Aviall’s North Texas operations as the deciding factor for a deal in Legacy West. Boeing is expected to ask for city incentives as early as this month. Incentive package details have not been announced.
