WorldVentures leased 125K SF at Legacy Tennyson Center in Plano for its world headquarters. The direct seller of vacation club memberships was subleasing the space from Denbury Resources, taking up all of Building 1, and now that the sublease has expired, WorldVentures has added 25K SF in Building 2.

“Legacy Tennyson Center has benefited from being a well-designed, efficient office development with excellent access to residential and retail areas,” Transwestern Managing Director Duane Henley said in a statement. “The Legacy market continues to retain tenants and is experiencing great success in recruiting new users of office space.”

Joining WorldVentures in Building 2, Affinion Group signed a 17K SF lease in the Class-A office building. JLL Vice Presidents Andy Leatherman and Conor McCarthy represented Affinion Group.

Henley and Transwestern principal Nathan Durham represented Legacy Tennyson’s ownership in both transactions.
