KPMG Plaza Scores Teknion

Placeholder

It's been a big couple of weeks for Hall Group. After breaking ground on Hall Park's 17th office building last month, the firm headed by Craig Hall has secured another tenant in the KPMG Plaza at Hall Arts

New Jersey-based furniture manufacturer Teknion will move into 8k SF on the 16th floor of the 18-story tower in the Arts District. Vanderbyl Design and TVSdesign will turn the space into a showroom—one of several throughout the US, Canada, Europe, the Middle East and Asia.

In an attempt to make the space a vision for the new direction of workplace furniture, Teknion will pursue a LEED Platinum certification and WELL Building Standard certification. Teknion will occupy the space starting in spring 2017.

Teknion will become the sixth tenant at the 75% leased KMPG Plaza, joining KPMG, Jackson Walker, UMB Bank, Spencer Stuart and Hall Group.

Hall Group director of leasing Kim Butler repped Hall Group, and CBRE's Jeff Eiting repped Teknion.
