Billingsley Co. filed plans in Plano to develop four new, four-story office buildings at International Business Park.

Billingsley will begin construction on the first building in May, according to the Dallas Morning News. The building is planned to be roughly 178K SF.

Right now, International Business Park has more than 1.4M SF of office space, and it is 90% leased.

With the new buildings, Billingsley plans to undercut neighborhood big dog Legacy’s rent by about $5/SF with a rent of less than $25/SF.

”We don't need to be where they are because of our land costs,” Billingsley Co. partner Lucy Billingsley told DMN. "International Business Park has continued to be a great project.”
