What Makes Harwood's No. 10 Unlike Any Other Tower In The District

The Harwood District is about to get a little bigger. The worldwide developer Harwood International added a 10th tower to its Dallas portfolio this morning with the groundbreaking of the aptly named No. 10.

The Class-A office tower will consist of 22 floors and 227k SF. The ground floor will feature 13k SF of retail and six or seven restaurants, including patios, which remains pretty darn close to its original plan.

The tower, designed by Harwood affiliate HDF, will stagger 17k SF of terraces every few floors. The 10k SF penthouse will have a private terrace.

Harwood International CEO and founder Gabriel Barbier-Mueller (pictured) said during the groundbreaking that No. 10 was named not only for its order in the district, but also as a nod to 10 Downing St in London. Gabriel hopes No. 10 will, like its British brethren, become the center of a thriving business district

As the only truly vertically integrated tower in the district, No. 10 will utilize all Harwood-affiliated designers, construction, leasing and hospitality.

Gabriel promised that though the Harwood District has had 30 years of organic growth in Dallas, it's only just beginning.
