Novare Group and BCDC broke ground on SkyHouse at Frisco Station, a luxury high-rise multifamily project in the 242-acre, mixed-use development.

SkyHouse is the second multifamily property in Frisco Station — Station House is first set to deliver 301 units this summer —and when all is said and done, Frisco Station will have a whopping 2,400 units. SkyHouse's 25-story tower will account for 332 of those units.

“The City of Frisco continues to experience unprecedented growth, which has created strong demand for housing options that appeal to residents ranging from young professionals to empty-nesters,” Hillwood President Mike Berry — master developer of Frisco Station — said in a statement. “SkyHouse is an essential addition to Frisco Station to help us meet this growing demand. Its features and amenities complement the existing multifamily development, Station House, while meeting the Frisco Station mission of delivering a unique, smart, creative and healthy environment.”

Atlanta-based partners Novare and BCDC have yet to announce a projected finish date for SkyHouse at Frisco Station.
