Dallas-based multifamily management and capital company Knightvest Management has added 11 properties to its portfolio of multifamily value-add properties. Knightvest acquired 3,100 units across DFW and Houston and has multimillion-dollar renovations underway at each property.

Knightvest principal and co-founder KC Kronbach said the acquisition is indicative of the favorable value-add market  for well-located, undervalued properties in Texas.

Granite countertops, new appliances, wood-style flooring and outdoor renovations will be added to the properties in Dallas, Highland Park, west Fort Worth, Grapevine, Arlington, and north, south and east Houston.

Knightvest owns 50 communities and 16,000 units.
