$5B Mile Gets 300 Units Of Multifamily

Placeholder

Frisco Station is getting a house…Station House, that is. Hillwood Multifamily will deliver 300 units within the 242-acre master planned development in Frisco's $5B Mile.

Hillwood promises to build 300 units with “healthy, smart and creative design principles” by JHP Architecture/Urban Design.

The four-story mid-rise will have luxury finishes and lots of other cool stuff such as walk-in showers, kitchen islands and mudrooms. Residents will have plenty of community amenities such as a pool, n outdoor kitchen and a fitness center.

Hillwood hopes that high-speed wireless, bike storage, a dog grooming and wash station, and valet trash will set Station House apart from other multifamily options.

Associated Bank’s Dallas office financed the development. Frisco Station will have 2,400 units of multifamily at full build-out.

Besides Hillwood, the Frisco Station development partnership includes Rudman Partnership and Van Trust Real Estate, which serves as the office development partner.

Frisco Station’s Class-A office building with about 228k SF will deliver in August 2017.
