Enodo Score, the cutting-edge predictive analytics platform, has secured a spot in the 2016 Elmspring lineup

The heralded accelerator, which was founded by real estate players Thomas Bretz and Adam Freeman, invites 10 promising startups to join a four-month intensive program that will give them the tools needed to continue disrupting the lucrative—but at times outdated—real estate industry.

From provided office space at 1871, the chosen startups will receive seed capital, access to advisers and mentors and the opportunity to present at a Demo Day this fall—which will place them in front of serious investors.

That's not all the team at Enodo Score has been up to. Enodo Score was recently accepted into the Environmental Systems Research Institute's (ESRI) Emerging Business Program, which will give its platform access to industry-leading demographic and economic data sources on markets throughout the US.

So what is Enodo Score planning on doing with these awesome opportunities?

"The plan is to get the beta version out by the end of the summer, work with groups like Elmspring and ESRI to help improve the functionality and product-market fit, and to get the final version out to the market by the end of the year," Enodo Score co-founder and CTO Marc Rutzen tells Bisnow.

If you haven't heard of it yet, Enodo Score is a predictive analytics platform for the multifamily real estate industry that lets investors, owners and property managers see how things like unit renovations, competing developments nearby, or changing demographics will impact investment returns in every market across the US.

According to CEO Susan Tjarksen, the team has already received more than 100 inquiries since June, and is in the process of completing three patent applications for a proprietary predictive algorithm and market analysis technology before it brings it to market.

“We’re trying to fundamentally change the way the industry analyzes investment opportunities. This will be the most sophisticated platform out there for multifamily investors and developers to find the best opportunities, determine the best ways to execute and truly understand the drivers of value for their projects," Susan tells us.
