Now that Wolf Point West is completed and tenants are filling the building, it's time for Phase 2 to begin. Wolf Point Partners revealed updated renderings of Wolf Point East and they are ambitious.

The second building in the Wolf Point development will rise 66 stories (750 feet) and contain 707 apartments, according to Crain's. The Wolf Point JV, led by Hines Interests and Chris Kennedy, switched from mixed-use residential and office to strictly apartments after seeing the demand for downtown multifamily.

There will be some retail in the $360M project, but it's small at 3k SF. The project also calls for 198 parking spaces and 40k SF of top-of-the-line amenities. Construction is expected to begin in Q1 2017, with delivery in 2019. [Crain's]
