Streeterville's Newest Multifamily High-Rise Breaks Ground

Construction is underway on 465 North Park Drive, Jupiter Realty's 535-foot-tall apartment building in Streeterville. A groundbreaking ceremony was held yesterday. Jupiter is JV'ing with MetLife and Allstate on the 48-story project, which will add another 444 apartments to Chicago's packed downtown apartment pipeline. Those units will total over 600k SF of luxury residences with state-of-the-art amenities, including a bike room with repair shop, 24-hour package pickup, a pet spa, storage, a dry cleaning service and a communal deck on the 37th floor.

Units at 465 North Park range from studios and convertibles to three-bedrooms, plus nine two-story townhomes on the fourth and fifth floors. The top two penthouse floors will feature top-of-the-line kitchens and all apartments will have modern cabinets, appliances and full-size washer and dryers.
