Take a look at this rendering for Sedgwick Properties' multifamily development in Old Town. Construction is already underway on the seven-story, 69-unit luxury apartment building, which is expected to be delivered in fall 2017.
The project at 301 W North Ave will include ground-level retail, DNA Info reports. No micro-units are planned; instead, expect a mix of one-, two- and three-bedroom units ranging from 600 SF to 1,300 SF. Amenities include a rooftop terrace with a wading pool, an outdoor kitchen, bike storage, a fitness center and a fire pit.
This is one of several projects in the works in Old Town and residents are concerned the size of these new developments will disrupt the neighborhood's quaint feel. Now that you see what this will look like, what do you think? [DNA]
