Chicago's Next 5 TODs of the Future

The trend of "parking-lite" residential development seems to be taking off in Chicago, two years after a city zoning ordinance paved the way. These buildings are taking some of the city's most transit-accessible neighborhood by storm, particularly along the CTA Blue Line.

There are at least five TOD projects in the works for Chicago that have been approved by the City Council, according to Peter Strazzabosco, the deputy commissioner of Chicago’s Department of Planning and Development.
