This year that list includes Clarendon Park Community Center, the main building of the Illinois Institute of Technology, and the Pioneer Arcade & New Apollo Theatre (pictured). Preservation Chicago will also lead a bus tour on Saturday, May 9, showcasing these at-risk structures.
