Skanska announced Monday its 17-story tower at 1350 Boylston St. in Fenway is on track for a fall completion and will be named the Harlo.

The 183K SF multifamily development will feature 212 apartments and lofts above a ground-level retail lineup that includes Oath Craft Pizza and Tatte Bakery & Café. The building, under construction since 2015, will add to a bustling Boylston corridor dominated by developments like Van Ness, Pierce Boston and the Verb Hotel

The Harlo will include an 18th floor skydeck with views of Fenway Park, Back Bay and downtown. Residents will also have access to a fifth-floor terrace featuring grills and a fire pit. While the developer highlighted the development’s proximity to Green Line and commuter rail transit options, there will also be 103 on-site parking spots.

“The Fenway is home to an array of leading institutions, museums, sporting venues and green space embodying Boston’s eclectic culture, and we’re eager to enhance the area further with the Harlo and its carefully selected retail,” Skanska’s head of Boston real estate development operations, Charley Leatherbee, said.
