Among our speakers will be National Development SVP and director of asset management Andrew Gallinaro, who tells us while there may be a perception the inner suburbs are a well-established and mature market dominated by aging workplace environments, we're actually in the midst of a real renaissance throughout the core of the Route 128 belt. "The amount of activity in new construction and redevelopment is impressive."

"This activity, coupled with the tremendous growth that we've seen throughout our tenant portfolio on Route 128, has caused our firm to be rather bullish on the inner suburban market," Andrew adds.

Mixed-use environments with a full slate of urban-style amenities are in demand by today’s office workers. Andrew says that examples of these next-generation workplaces in National's portfolio include The District Burlington, 101 Station Drive at University Station in Westwood, and Crosby Center in Bedford.
