Events Raw Space

44 Thomson Place

44 Thomson Place is part of a 10 building portfolio that was acquired by Crosspoint Associates in 2008; Invesco Real Estate partnered with Crosspoint in 2015. 44 Thomson Place was completely renovated in 2016-2018 including lowering the first floor approximately 4 feet to create retail space. Most of this space was occupied by Trader Joe’s in October 2019.

The 16,000 SF 2nd floor office suite is available and can potentially be combined with an adjoining space to form a 32,000 SF suite. A 2,700 SF retail space is also available.

44 Thomson Place fronts a new plaza along with the recently renovated 50 Thomson Place that is home to Trillium Brewing Company. Other new retailers in the Thomson Place portfolio include bartaco, DIG, and One Kings Lane. Additional retail space is anticipated to be delivered in late 2020/early 2021.
